A great, well located, clean and functional home for outside holidays in Zylt. Huge thanks Eddy!”

Eddy is a welcoming relaxed helpful host. The home is well situated 10 minutes away from City Center, hence calm. It is simply but well set, with all needed for spending nice outside holidays in Zylt.
The home does not have a particular charm. We were not looking for this but rather exactly what we got.

Es war alles sauber. Pool und Sauna waren perfekt.
Leider waren die Betten nicht so toll. Es war ein Laken drauf, wenn man sich bewegt hat wurde die Haut heiß. Ich habe leider meine Haut verletzt. Aber sonst war es ok.

Für eine Woche war es ok.”

Die Lage am Rande von Westerland war gut. Man konnte schöne Radtouren in alle Richtungen unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist für Sylt recht günstig, aber nicht auf dem neuestem Stand. Insofern ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Der Gastgeber ist unbekannt, der Verwalter ist nett.
Unter diesem Angebot gibt es mehrere Wohnungen in einem Haus, auch eine im Souterrain! Deshalb gibt es Fotos von verschiedenen Wohnungen. Wir hatten Glück, eine Wohnung im EG zu erhalten (Terrasse statt Balkon). Etwas hellhörig. Im Bad fehlt eine Duschstange. 6-teiliges Geschirr ist zu wenig für eine Spülmaschine. Einige Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Es gibt zu wenig Steckdosen.

angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt”

Der unkomplizierte und angenehme Kontakt mit Herrn Niemann (Schlüsselverwalter) und der Innenpool.
Es war etwas hellhörig im Appartementhaus und die Vorhänge sind zwar ein Sichtschutz aber verdunkeln leider nicht.

Gut, evlt wieder, auch in dem Haus”

Grösse ausreichend, inkl Spülmaschine, nicht nur Bettwäsche sonder auch Handtücher, und für die Küche auch Tabs und Spülmittel, damit hab ich nicht gerechnet, da hätte ich mir das mitbringen sparen können
Betten niedrig, bin leider ein höheres gewöhnt, Kleiderschrank in die Jahre gekommen, da ging ständig das Schloss raus aus dem Schrank, evlt mal fixieren - falls möglich, Handwaschbecken spritzte ziemlich , da fehlt ein neuer Perlator

Lage gut - der Weg vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft ist bei gutem Wetter problemlos zu bewältigen. Frühstücksbrötchen in kurzer Entfernung erhältlich. Küche modern und gut ausgestattet.
Im Bad lag der Duschkopf auf der Armatur….leider keine Halterung dafür vorgesehen, um sich normal duschen zu können. Kleiner Verbesserung mit großer Wirkung…sollte umgesetzt werden. Beide Schlafzimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad nur über die Küche/Wohnzimmer erreichbar. Endreinigungspreis für die Aufenthaltsdauer nicht angemessen.

Wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt. Ja, es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern sehr gern genutzt.
Leider war kein Backofen vorhanden, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung steht. Im Backparadies um die Ecke gibt's aber auch frische Brötchen 😉

Super freundlicher empfang, alles recht unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, sauber und das Bad ist der Hammer :D Eine optimale Lage um zu Fuß in Westerland alles zu erreichen und auch nach dem Bar Besuch auch ohne große suche wieder heim zu finden.
Das es andere Gäste gab die leider von Mülltrennung nichts halten und das unser Urlaub zu Ende war.
