The place is excellent with a great location that is so nearby to Alexander Platz. The room is full of little details of facilities (Comfy bed, Nespresso, Minibar, etc.) comparable to a 4.5-star hotel. However, The place is different because they have a medium-sized kitchen which I have invited my friend for evening Thai cooking together! We had a wonderful time and looking forward to revisiting Berlin and this apartment.

Great place and excellent location - would stay again!”
Pros: Excellent location, very close to public transportation with good links to the rest of the city. Very clean, apartment cleaned every day. Very well equipped kitchen, wish they had put microwave (and vegetable peeler!), and refrigerator a little weak. Nice staff. Nice grocery stores, cafes, ice creams around. We took the "king size" 3 bedroom apartment for 4 people, and it was spacious and very pleasant. Cons: Quite a lot of road noise, with the tram being the noisiest. Strong cooking smells from the restaurants around (noticeable frying smell), even in early morning. So windows were closed most of our time there. Quite hot room in August, even though we were there during the less hot days (max 23 deg C); fans helped a little. Broken electrical outlets (broken prongs stuck in 2 of them) were not fixed during our 9 night stay despite our repeated requests. But all these cons are peanuts - we had a great stay there and will probably stay there again if we visit Berlin another time.

we moesten dicht in de buurt zijn, dus voor ons was locatie top. wilden niet op kleine(re) hotelkamer en op zoek naar iets meer ruimte vonden we de Rosenthal Residence. hotel is zonder ontbijt, maar dat kun je op elke straathoek krijgen. eigen koffiezetmogelijkheid/keukentje is fijn. tv heeft ook netflix. goede plek om terug te komen.

The accommodation (Room 41)is spacious, brand new comfortable and clean, with sitting room facing the busy Rosenthal Street. Utensils in the kitchen available for cooking simple meals. Just next to the U-bahn, M1 and close to a lot of eateries. Customer-focused service with daily housekeeping service and replacement of toiletries. VERY strong and steady Wifi, even we have four devices. We stayed in summer and the room temperature is 30C without air-con, we have to open the window to facilitate better ventilation but found the street noises quite loud esp in the middle of the night. Apartments facing the side street maybe more quiet. No receptionist service after six and had to rely on the intercom and key drop box to manage late check-in. Despite these, the apartment is highly recommended for visitors to Berlin.

Great Stay perfect location. ”
We had a four day break in Berlin and this apartment was a great location to explore the city. You can hear the road from the apartment but that didn’t bother us at all. It was great value for money. The apartment is very modern, clean and well equipped, exactly how it looked on the pictures. We were more than happy with our stay, will defiantly be returning.

Best in everything”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The best thing is its location - just few steps from the underground and tram. So close to many attractions in Berlin and also have lots of cafe nearby. I really like to room as well. Very clean and have everything you need such as kitchen and kitchenware is also provided. This should be a great choice for those who travel in group.

Awesome Apartment - would recommend!!”
Great 2 bedroom apartment in great location. Huge rooms and living area. Very clean and serviced daily. Netflix provided. Fully serviced kitchen with Nespresso. Everything clean in kitchen. Would recommend staying here - it was awesome. Wifi was patchy at times however due to how awesome the apartment was it didn’t matter.

1st time in Berlin”
The apartment was exactly as described when booking. Upon arrival a member of staff at reception provided us with a map and was extremely friendly, showing us exactly where the main tourist hotspots were. Fortunately almost everything was within walking distance. The room was cleaned every day and we were provided with basics, and there was a minibar that you can also use. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment in great location”
Very spacious apartment with excellent facilities; it was very clean and kitchen had everything you needed. It's very close to the subway and is close to restaurants in the area. Was a little noisy at night but with the windows shut it was okay. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is in a great location walking distance to Alexander Platz. Close to Ubahn and restaurants but can be a bit noisy at night if you leave the window open. Staff are very helpful. Bed was super comfy and all facilities were there to cook a meal if you wanted to. Am going back again as it was great value for money.
