The hotel is newly built and decorated in a very modern stylish way. Love the location which is not far from the main train station (at office open hours, you can walk through malls). The convenient stores are opposite, and many restaurants in the area. Good for shoppers and those that wish to travel around. The staff are helpful and well trained. Sadly, the public bath and clothing area was a big mess when I arrive. Some guests were inconsiderate and throw trashes on the floor and drop the hair dryer on the floor. They provide socks and towels, sadly none were left and I had to climb back up to get them from my room.

Distance the hotel from the Nagoya Station takes about 10-15min walks. Convenience stores 7-11 is just downstair. Nearby also restaurant to dine in makes a comfort stay at this hotel.

I got a good deal throuh Agoda, and for the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Ac lot of extra facilities and services included in the price. I didn't try the onsen, because of my tattoo, but my friend did, and enjoyed it. Friendly staff, clean, relatively large rooms with some storage space, free coffee, tea, and even ramen in the evening. Within a few minutes walk from Sakae station, and direct bus to/from the airport. Definitely recommended.

Good option if you are finding the hotel near Nagoya Station. Staff were very helpful and active, but hardly speak English. Breakfast is adequate. the room has heater. Facility in room is well prepare.

The hotel is easily accessible, take the underpass from Nagoya station n exit at JR tower. Hotel is across the road to your left. Free breakfast was a bonus, it was good, you can have Japanese or western. It’s self serving but everyone is very gracious.

Thank you Red Planet for our awesome stay. We will definitely come back to stay. Lawson is a few steps away. I just wish you can provide free mobile wifi then it will be perfect.

The hotel located in a very tourist-friendly area where you can find cheap/reasonable price of food and restaurants. Also walking distance to the subway, bus stops and shopping areas. The staffs are polite, nice and friendly. And they speak English! Other than that, there are taxis and also airport bus that stops right in front of your door! I really enjoy staying there and hope to return somedays!

This hotel isn’t marketed for kids, but the staff were still lovely to my six year old. Simple, clean, comfortable space. The breakfast wasn’t for me. Premade open sandwiches which look beautiful but may taste better if they were made to order.

Location is a short walk from the Nagoya train station which is a very important factor for me. The breakfast was also very nice and the staff were very helpful with our requests. Will book again if we are going to Nagoya again.

The location is ideal for transport requirements of travelers, with quick access to buses and trains. Service is outstanding, and facilities are well-maintained and spanking clean.

They were courteous kind thoughtful generous and as always professional. If I have it my way I would stay there every time I go to Nagoya as the price as well is so reasonable. I want to thank the B Nagoya staff for a perfect night stay in their awesome hotel! Thanks so much

Interesting stay in this hotel! There is coin operated laundry and a grand bath! Love it. Really comfortable beds, though small to fit 2 people. The central a/c a bit warm at times but overall stay was excellent!

The hotel is just diagonally opposite the Meitetsu Department store. Exit the depratment store from level 1 and look for the spiral buiding. The hotel is just nearby. The room was clean and well-equipped. I booked the cormorant fishing on the Kiso river in Inuyama through the hotel. The staff helped me print out the map and gave me clear directions on how to get there from Nagoya. There are coin-operated washing machines on level 6 and there are 2 eateries and a Lawson just below the hotel. There is also a 100yen shop and a drugstore opposite the hotel.

The hotel is around 600m away from the train station, which was very convenient. Below the building is Family Mart which was a plus if we get hungry during late evenings. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We did love the free breakfast to kickstart our day. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

Just right at the nagoya station that connects to shinkansen, subway and tour buses. I went for a 2d1n alpine route tour which departed from the carpark opposite the hotel, booked via Japanican (very good and highly recommended!). The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. Self-collect your amenities. Breakfast catered, served by yoshinoya next door only 4 choices (salmon, beef bowl, beef meat and ham+egg with rice) but it's good enough for me.
