Our room was a little small - not a hotel room but a condo unit. The check-in was not that smooth since the lobby had to call the zen rooms person so he can come down the lobby and accommodate us.

Everyone was very courteous though. Bed was smaller than the mattress and was a bit unstable. The time we booked unfortunately had a scheduled power outage so we didn't have any airconditioning from 11pm to 6am. It was a painstaking night since we had a toddler with us. On the other hand, amenities were outstanding. Huge pools, gaming and recreation rooms, play area for the kids and the dining hall. My child enjoyed every bit of what they could offer before we left the following day. it was still a great experience. We'd be coming back next month.

I found it very convenient when you are just going to stay short and/or waiting for your early flight on the next day.

Value for money compare to the nearby hotels which can cost you around 6K-12K for a night. Yes there's no breakfast included and the hotels do have, but for us, we managed to just dine in nearby fastfood and go to metro mall for food. Yes there's no shuttle for those going to the airport and the hotels have, but we just paid less than a hundred pesos to bring us to terminal 3 (no heavy traffic, of course, lucky us!). I will return to this accom.when needed. I liked it!

I have been staying at holiday rentals for many years and in many countries. This ranks among the best I have seen.

I was not expecting to see all the little touches like the tooth brush and tooth paste, the water, the very very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the Avant is a small building, so it does not allow fr space; neither at the lobby nor outside for vehicles to wait. I also did not ask for or get a parking slot. That presented me with a problem of sort. However, I cannot discount the value of the location, the cleanliness and the excellent accommodation afforded me by the staff. I highly recommend this (though it is sometimes expensive)especially if you get a nice offer (a discount) and I would stay there again.

Stayed with my siblings just for leisure. We actually chose this hotel because there is a mini kitchen, we brought some kitchen utensils and all so we can cook.

It appears that they charge extra for the LPG tank. I guess that is the only thing I wasn't happy about. Overall the place is good. Location is just near the mall and there are good restaurants outside.

We had a great stay at Haisa Apartment in Coron town. It is the perfect location to base yourself for island hopping tours.

It's 10 min to the market and ferry terminal. Bars and restaurants only a few minutes away. Our room was spotless which is much appreciated when you have a baby crawling all over the floor! Breakfast was definitely a plus and the staff were kind enough to accommodate a vegetarian diet. Thanks Haisa for making our stay in Coron so special. We would certainly stay here again.

It also has a clean unit. There are also restaurants and a convenient store downstairs if you're too lazy to cook. Their clubhouse is inviting as well. You won't have a hard time finding the place as it's in the main road, one reason why i also chose this place. It gets quite cold in the evening so better bring your jackets or anything that will help you get warm. Will definitely recommend to friends and will come back soon to this place.

One of the best places to stay in Baguio. I highly recommend this place. If you're going to Lourdes Grotto, and the tourist spots nearby, don't hesitate on staying here.

Just a shortwalk going there. The place is really nice. It's safe, spacious, clean, complete utensils, and everything is working. They will even give you soap, shampoo, and let you borrow a towel if you dont have one. Sir Peter and Tita Lyn were very accommodating. I was a solo traveler and they were very nice to me. I even made a mistake on my booking but they still let me in (Thank God there's a vacant room) Apologies for the delayed feedback, Tita Lyn. Thank you!

- 24 hours security with guard patrolling around at night. Generally, my wife and I felt very safe in boracay. - 2 mins walk to beach and activities. - 10 meters away to popular local cafe for a quick cheap meal and drink. - 15 mins walk to station 2 to our favourite Eclipse Dive Center. - 8 mins walk to Sand hotel for Sunny Side cafe (burgers & pancakes) and massage at usd $10 for 60 mins. - Can go to many places for a short tricycle ride for two pax for usd $1.

Room has a very warm feel. The free wifi is fast so it's a major plus. I also like the fact that they provide bathroom amenities just like in hotels. I wasn't expecting it for its price. Plus, it is walking distance from the mall and the famous unli korean barbecue. Reason why i always go back.

We stayed at Sampaguita Suite which has 2 bedrrom (1 with double bed and 1 with two single beds) and a sofa bed.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower. Sampaguita Suite is on the ground floor so it's easily accessible. There is a guard all the time. We love the fully operational kitchen and plenty of plates, cutleries were provided. We also love the dining area which is good for eating / chit chatting for 6 people. Two things to improve : (1) The wifi connection is slow. When we first arrived, the wifi connection was slow, we could not even load Google. The next day a router appeared in the suite and the wifi connection got better but was still slow i.e. hard to browse photos etc. (2) Provide more floor mats that absorb water. Housekeeping was provided every day, but towels were not changed every day. In terms of location, Boracay Suites is located at the far end of Station 3 and in the middle of Anggol Road. To take a tricycle, one has to walk for 3 mins to the main road. Beach is also 3 mins away. There are a few minimarts near Boracay Suites. After all, it's value for money and we would recommend Boracay Suites. Oh, and we heard that the swimming pool will be ready by June 2015.

The place is a bit far from the airport and is located outside the city proper but is still very accessible by public transport.

The room is spacious enough for groups of 6 (good for 4 room) considering that we paid only as much as 200pesos per person for our stay there. Do not expect a luxurious stay there but we were more than satisfied with the place. The owners and staff were super hospitable and accommodating. They catered to our every need. They also offer cheap tour packages for big groups. It is also a ride away from Robinsons Cybergate. We were also able to avail of an early check-in. Will definitely recommend this place especially for budget travelers.
