Need to call the apartment / property agent around 12 noon before check in in order to get the key at 2 pm. Before then, you won’t know the exact location of the apartment until you call the agent around 12 noon. Normally there is no early check in. The water in the shower is not warm enough to have a warm shower. The pillows in the apartments is too soft. The good location overcomes these issues as the apartment is located along the street with several restaurants and within 20 - 25 mins walk to the Red Square & Kremlin. There is no cleaning service during our 4 days 3 nights stay in the apartment. Of course the price we paid during this World Cup period (Spain vs Russia) wasn’t cheap.

The room in on the first floor and it is the hottest area in the building but no air conditioning. No restaurants in the area. No English speaking staff. Paid way too much. Other people rented apartments for only 80 dollars a night and had air conditioner

The elevator and the building looked scary at first but with the room and facilities it was worth the money. I personally quite like the room and quite surprised after saw outside the building. The staff was friendly and worked 24 hrs. We arrived nearly 3am. and the rooms were ready and quick checked in. We booked 3 rooms of 2bedroom type. The 7th floor room no. 21 ...

The staff was friendly and worked 24 hrs. We arrived nearly 3am. and the rooms were ready and quick checked in. We booked 3 rooms of 2bedroom type. The 7th floor room no. 21 and 22 seemed to be the best, looked like just renovated. They offer everything you need there in the room for cooking, cleaning and even have washing machine with the washing powder for you. The location is a bit far from supermarket but in walking distance (15mins i guess) and 5-10mins driving to town. We have our driver picked up so it was easy for us to get in and out but not sure if they have any public transport there. Don't forget to bring drinking water. They said tap is drinkable but i wouldn't dare, wasn't sure water looked a bit yellow in the glass or it was because of the light . Overall worth the money.

The building is very old and smelly. 5th floor, no lift, though good for exercising. The bathroom simply needs some hangers. We spent 2 hrs to find the place, because the address was wrong. Communication is poor, you never know who you’ve received email from, what company and looks like spam.

Furthermore, if you are travelling abroad, the apartment gives you the feeling of living in Moscow. The neighborhood was quite unique. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and was very clean. Finding the apartment may be difficult, but that just comes down to prior coordination. Julia was amazing she took the time to show us around the city and was an expert tour guide. She even ensured we were able to use to subway and get around without hassle. I would stay here again if traveling to Moscow.

They took from us 5000 RUB and refused to return it for us. cause the washing machine pipe was blocked from inside and caused some leakage like we are responsible for their damaged times.! When I threaten him to inform the police the said they will return it later one, then when we left they stopped answering me. so if you want to get robbed, you go for this flat. ...

Basic sanitary items were included. Anyway, it's a pleasant stay tho I hope I don't have to do this again.

Directions how to get the key hasn't reached my email. I had to call first to Agoda and then only to MLT Booking which holds this apartment. Everything was relatively clean but I found the died cockroach on the table on the 2nd day. The confirmation of the reservation promised a compliment: a bottle of champagne, fruit and caramel, but none of this was provided. All attempts to contact the apartment manager were unsuccessful.

When I arrived to Yekaterinburg late evening in the dark and freezing weather I was surely very happy to find a warm flat with beers in the fridge. The place was easy to find but was searching quiet long because I did not expected the hotel's location, that is, Lhouse Hotel is kind of Russian style hotel with out any sign or advert on the building. You must have address and phone on because the owner will call you several times. Hotel is located in the residential area not visible from the street behind metal electronic gate. You must have your phone on⚠. Hotel is quite and safe, clean. Expect lots of families living there, but they are not living in the hotel. Children's playground, reception, CCTVS. I felt comfortable. The owner of the mini-hotel will safely register your visa for free. You do not to be worried about your passport. Hotel is about ten min walking from metro station Chkalovskaya. Yekaterinburg is good experience, a very good philharmonic in the city, lots of art around, and sushi takeaways literally everywhere around the hotel, lovely girls. Yeltsin museum must be seen. All easily accessible by public transport (metro is the best). Hotel is very private, kind of rented serviced flat. I would go there again if I would stay in Yekaterinburg.

The owner made a call before our arrival to give us the address. The hostel is located on the 2-nd floor of a 10st/ building. You can find 3 stores nearby, cafes. The rooms were cosy, shared bathrooms very clean, tea and coffee arrangements very convenient. However, what marred the whole experience was the gentleman on duty on the days of my visit (25th December to 27th December). When we arrived at about 7:30 a.m. he appeared very annoyed at having to open the door and receive guests. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child which was specifically mentioned in the booking. Yet he insisted that the booking was for only 4 adults and we would have to pay extra money for the child. Then he insisted that we pay extra in cash for "registration" which was not mentioned anywhere. I refused to do so. He was extremely surly throughout. If you take this gentleman out of the equation, I would strongly recommend this guest house to tourists travelling to St. Petersburg.

Nice apartment, They need a contact phone number on the add, luckily the backpackers found her number. Gold Grot bar is really the only close place around its a good 20 minute walk to Lenin street so hard to do shopping for food or supplies. Never the less great spot if you want privacy and quiet place to rest after exploring!

Because actually it is a appartement with 3 bedrooms in it. You have to call the owner for the keys, because there was no receptionist or anyone else. So he came within half an hour to give me the keys. But it did not bother me. The host was very helpfull towards me thanks to Google transport. Near public transport square with three mainstations. Bus and metro also available. Red and Brown line. Many supermarkets nearby

Awesome location, with 3 mins walk to Palace Square and 2 mins walk to Nevsky Prospect, made this an awesome choice for our return visit to St Petersburg. Felt like home - right on the canal.

We travelled in group to attend exhibition in Moscow. We booked several rooms and thought that all rooms were in the same building. We were surprised. Fortunately the buildings were in walking distance. They should put the information in the page of agoda. Overall was ok. Location great, service was great, and the room was ok. Important to contact hotel offices prior to arriving and ask proper address of the apartment. My apartment was close to Paveletskaya Metro station. Apartment is equipped with all facilities for even long stay. It is real Moscow flat. Each one who prefer to prepare his breakfast - will enjoy it a lot.

Not so fancy as in the pictures. The reception lady speaks only Russian but with the support by her smartphone, you can communicate. The location is on the Tverskaya Street and just next to a famous food product shop "Yeliseyevskiy". Room is small but affordable for two persons.

Positives: 1) Reasonable price. 2) Location is perfect - Nevsky Prospekt is the centre of St. Petersburg, walking distance to many attractions and restaurant incl the FIFA Fan Fest 3) The front desk staff can speak fluent English and friendly. Negatives: 1) The apartment is located behind the Gold Triangle hotel where you need to check in there. The building is old (as mentioned by the previous Trip Advisor customer). We will come again in July for the semi-final match. Hope you find my review helpful.

Poor management refuse to refund even the service provide is completely different from the the booking, owner provide different location and different flat. Poor communication of the address And owner didn’t provide any explanation when two strangers get into our flat and lies to fix the electricity.
