The telephone didn't work so staff knocked on the door to ask me questions in the morning and seemed offended when I wasn't fully dressed. Totally unprofessional and terrible breakfast as well. Dated and old. Do not stay here.

Great value”
This hotel is currently under renovation however we were not disturbed at all. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room seems to be recently renovated, nicely done. Well priced. The only small setback is that the windows does not have screens. Some insects and mosquitos flew in when we opened the windows. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

Old, Standard Hotel ”
the service is good. We left a bag here and they use express to send back without any charge. Facilities are old, wifi coverage was weak and not stable. Breakfast is not attracting. Standard hotel in Puli

Nice staff but...”
I like the staff there however the hotel itself could be improved. Here are some disadvantages: 1. No trash can in the bathroom. 2. Cannot connect to the wifi because of weak signal. 3. Only two outlets in the room. 4. Hot water in the bathroom is not stable. Some times too hot then suddenly too cold. 5. Some rooms are under construction so very noisy in the daytime.

Nice hotel - revamped”
It was quite a pleasant stay. The hotel was a bit old but they revamped it. The staff upgraded both my rooms. Me, my wife and my 2 kids got upgraded up to a suite, seating area and beds. Very nice staff. Breakfast came as a set meal per person. Was quite good in fact.

Good choice for Puli”
The hotel is slightly dated but everything is in very good condition and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was appropriate - not more, not less. A downside was the really bad internet connection. It's not just the scanty distribution of access points, but also the connection to the internet itself, which was slow and unstable.

Nice, newly renovated hotel which in absence on room around SunMoon lake itself was a good alternative some 20 min taxiride north of the lake.
