I liked having a little apartment, so I didn’t have to eat out all the time. I know this company has other locations I would prefer to try another location because the location where I was its neighbourhood is very run down and has few cafes or restaurant s even though Euromed has been renovating their apartment. I had a chance to see the renovated apartments and the older apartments they are definitely doing a good job. The staff is very accommodating and polite something I definitely appreciate it about this place. KUDOS to the staff!!

Relatively clean ”
For a cheap, out of the city Center apartment it was fine. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, so if you just want a cheap place to sleep it’s fine. Neighbourhood is a little sketchy so be aware, but also nothing extreme. Could be a bit cleaner

Value for money”
This is actually not a hotel it is an appartment building. While you do get a kitchenette and a very new comforatable room at an affordable price they do not make up your room daily or have facilities like a hotel... The room was very clean, however we were a little disturbed to find a condom wrapper under the bed! Staff were helpful and printed off my bus tickets when I asked them. Their english was a little poor though so be patient with them. It was a short walk to the tram and only a few stops to the Vieux Port (beautiful). There is not much around the hotel except a few seedy little shops and alot of construction. We paid $49 per night which we found to be fair.

Great if you are on a budget”
At Eur 60, this is one awesome place to explore the city from. The rooms were extremely clean, and were equipped with utensils and a microwave to prepare your own food.

The room is enough clean and quiet, the shower is really good, good location which easily to access with tramway, but there're not many choisies of restaurant and no supermarket, should be careful when you walk in this area alone at night

Location is okay in terms of accessing the rest of the city and tourist sites; however it is located in a not so great neighborhood (during daylight it is perfectly good however exercise caution at night). Had a security a guard at night in the premises. Breakfast was great. Super helpful staff. Boiler was not working in my room. Bottom line: You get what you pay for.

Nice Apartment with kitchen”
Near Metro station Nation, quite convenient, but still needs several minutes' walk. The elevator is not working, but it got repaired rapidly. The heats keep the room warm and cozy.

Its ok but when we opened the door, a huge smell was in the room, like toilet smell. Had to leave the window open for the whole day and when we arrived later in the evening it was ok. Slept good, good shower. Walked happy out.

The price was quite reasonable. The one disappointed point was that the room was not ready after the check-in time, so we had to wait at the lobby for about 1 hour. There was many people waited, but no apologize from the staff. It seems common in this hotel.

Very dirty hotel”
Room was very dirty, walls were in coffee (blood?) stains, the carpet was never cleaned from the day it was put there. Location is nice only if you take a tram, if you decide to walk from the train station, you will find yourself not in a good region of Marseille.

The room is good, comfortable, clean and shining new, but located in a barren surroundings, lots of construction working going on in the neighbourhood, unpleasant to walk around, difficult to find.

Filthy Carpet , Unkept Property”
Room not like pictures on website, needs repairs, carpet stained, noisy aircon and fridge, Loose tiles in bathroom, only 1 glass and 1 dinner plate, no sponge or detergent to wash dishes, no room safe and no daily maid service as was stated on our paperwork. Rude staff not helpful at all.
