Terrible WIFI connection”

We had room #17 at the very end of the building. First we were given a wrong WIFI password so had to go back to front desk at 11pm. We were able to connect but got a very weak signal that was loosing connection every minute or so. Signal was perfect in the lobby though. It is not admissible nowadays that a professional organisation such as Appart Hôtels save a few lousy bucks on internet access points! Shall NOT recommend.

Not recommanded at all”

Stayed 4 nights and had never the room cleaned even though I asked them twice to do that. The hotel is full with mosquitoes even in the reception area. I reserved a room and got different one in real which is lower than the one I saw in pictures. I will never use this hotel again!!

Gross and regrettable”

We walked into our room and immediately noticed that it smells like rotten eggs/dog shit. There was one bed - not the two twin beds we paid for. Plus the room was on the first floor - we had requested something above the first floor so we could open the window without people walking by and looking in. Since they did not give us the room we requested we asked about being moved, but did nothing to offer us anything else. I believe I got sick from the mildew and am pretty sure the only thing semi clean was the sheets. I slept on top of the sheets in a sleepliner because I didn't trust it. The carpet has clearly never been replaced (so we made sure to wear shoes the whole thing) and the carpets are yellowed from smoking or mildew or something. I wish we hadn't stayed here at all - everything is overpriced and they will change you for everything possible. It was outrageous.

avantage: personnel accueillant et disponible.Chambre très propre et literie confortable.chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Inconvénient: un peu loin de la gare car je pensais réserver un hôtel plus proche d'autant plus que le nom de l'hôtel porte le nom de "appart city gare saint roch". 15minutes de marche à pied avec des enfants dont un bébé pas trés pratique.

Une bonne rénovation s'impose !”

Emplacement un peu difficile à trouver mais dans un quartier relativement calme. Nous avons eu un appartement plus grand que demandé (bonne surprise) mais il était vétuste (meubles abîmés) et surtout sentait fortement le tabac froid, y compris dans la literie, alors que nous avions précisé vouloir une chambre non fumeur (très mauvaise surprise). Dommage, car le personnel a été accueillant et aimable.
