Exceptional”
The staff at the reception were very friendly. The space was clean but there was no soap at the dispenser and the ventilation in the restroom had no vents but instead a toilet paper roll replacing it and with what seemed to be dust or mold at the surface— so it was there for some time. The aparthotel has potential to improve that. The mattress is so comfortable!

We were complaining about the noise from our neighbours and the staff nicely gave us an other room, a better one. Rooms are clean. Nice stay, thanks

Good value for money”
Nice, comfortable room. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, though every day is the same, and no vegetables or salad were available. Hotel is next to city centre, within walking distance to sights. Recommended

Just ok”
Location wise, it was pretty good. Very easy to get around although the area pretty run down we didn't have any issues. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was a decent size. The cons: From the day we checked in, we requested an iron and ironing board for our clothes as I enquired about this before arriving (we stayed mon- friday) The whole duration of our trip, they were not able to locate who had the equipment as they were never returned. This was extremely disappointing as we had to spend our whole trip looking scruffy. On our second night, we used the kettle in the room and it blew the fuse causing all the sockets to blow, leaving us without electricity. We were moved to another room for the night which was inconvenient but was not their fault.

Great Location”
I booked this hotel from Australia for 2 nights for my daughter who was travelling to Bordeaux to meet up with friends. She said the hotel was in a great location which was our primary concern. She stayed an the extra night although they were very flexible and said she could stay one or two nights. She was allowed to leave here luggage there till the afternoon. The staff were very helpful and she had no complaints about the hotel. She did not eat at the hotel so although I put a 5 because it all had to be filled in the food in Bordeaux was brilliant, the segment had to be filled in.

Excellent value”
We selected this hotel for the location and price as we were only transiting Bordeaux after a long series of flights from Australia, and did not need many "stars". We found it to be excellent with everything we wanted to enable us to get the sleep we needed. As requested, the taxi was ready for us in the morning, arriving a few minutes before the requested time.

Nice place to stay during your visit to Bordeaux”
5 minutes walk from the squares and main streets of Bordeaux. We stayed in a junior suite, it was a good size for three. Bathroom, small kitchinette. Plenty of secure parking. Would definitely use the place again if visiting the lovely city again.

Extend your stay”
I booked this hotel for my daughter from Australia, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. When my daughter returns, she will stay at the same hotel, for its position and how helpful they were. My daughter is 19 and felt really safe in the area.

Great value in good location”
the best air conditioning of all the hotels i stayed in while in france. nice size rooms. clean and modern. good location. the hotel has rooms facing the street in a second building. if you're a light sleeper like me, you'll want to be in the building set back from the street. based on all considerations, would rate this hotel very highly.

charming hotel”
The hotel is located a bit outside the center of Bordeaux. It is easily reachable by tram. The rooms are nice and clean and have a charming atmosphere. The Kitchen is very small and big time cooking is not possible. The hotel staff is nice but not really helpful. The bathroom is small but got everything you need.

Reasonable. ”
Room was not up to standard of photos, in slightly run down condition. Overall decent price though for what was offered.

Reasonable”
The location of the hotel is not very impressive, old side of the city and a bit out of hand. From the hotel to the tram station you will have to walk for 5 minutes from there you can take the tram to the city centre. The room is clean and tidy, the staff are quite friendly and the receptionist do speak English.

Good parking & quiet location, but tired”
Friendly and efficient reception staff. All rooms are non-smoking but had to ask for a different room as the first room had clearly been occupied by heavy smokers. Parking was EUR6 extra per day and coffee maker in room costs EUR0.50 per shot (you get 2 capsules, but it should be explained in the details that capsules are extra). Everything worked in the studio, but bathroom blind was missing (you are on full view when showering), shower fitting was missing (have to hold the shower yourself), and satellite channels on TV were completely different from those listed in the room instructions. Ask for a room on the top floor as these have more daylight and check the room before accepting it.

not good internet connection”
The hotel is nice and clean. The people working there are friendly and helpful but the internet is very slow and the location is a bit off.
