Worth it and good stay for one week”
Book for one week for travel + work purposes. Hotel located near the TGV and tram station. Great facilities, room with bathtub and kitchen. For one week stay, only 1 times room service (disclaimer, the management already stated that we need to pay extra if need room service pay per day) Overall the experience is good!

Main building rooms are good”
We changed 2 times the room from site building studios ( really awfully) to the main building 204. Stay away from the site building studios , they are run down , dirty and noisy. For the room 204 and the receptionist I would like to give a good rating.

No-service hotel, but good location.”
I didn't know when I booked, but this is a no-service hotel. There is no room cleaning (unless you ask and pay for it). The room had a comfortable bed, but otherwise bare-bones -- there wasn't a small chair, a tiny desk, a water heater (but no tea or coffee!). Sparingly staffed, but the few attendant staff were friendly and helpful. It's biggest plus is its location -- opposite the main railway station (but in a quiet street) , and a few minute's walk from the main plaza, the old city, and other attractions.

Clean, quiet and safe”
All the facilities you could need in the room, clean, quiet, safe. There was a gentleman at the front who was always happy and smiling - shout out to Amar? Unsure of his name! Most importantly breakfast - this was great (eggs, bacon, meats, cereals, crepes, fruit, spreads, coffee and non dairy options).

rude staff or rather unfriendly and n9t very accommodating, filthy rooms (I have pictures) false advertising both on the condition of the rooms as well as check out times. I will not stay or pay for a place like this and quite frankly the fact that this is on Agoda concerns me enough to want to use another platform to book a place to stay in the future.

ça fait plusieurs fois que l'on vient en weekend en amoureux à Montpellier et que l'on loge dans cet hôtel, et pour la première fois nous somme restés plusieurs nuits. nous aimons la localisation, le calme, le personnel, par contre en 3 nuits passées, nous n'avons pas vu une seule fois la femme de ménage, ce qu'on a trouvé un peu dommage. nous recommandons néanmoins !
