THE BEST LOCATION!!”
This hotel is very near to large metro station. Easy to find food. Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very cozy. We had a pleasant stay =)

Best hotel of its class”
I don’t understand why this place has such low reviews. It has amazingly comfortable beds, best tasting reasonably priced breakfast, clean lobby and rooms, amazing balconies, and wonderful staff hospitality. One of the best nights sleep along with an overall pleasurable experience directly across the street from the train station.

Room needs more lighting ”
The hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Fab location as it’s near 2 central stations. Local amenities. The only downside was lighting was so bad in the room which I didn’t like. I understand many hotels have soft light approach but my preference is enough light to be able to see you do your make up! You have to ask for milk, room service don’t replace the milk when they clean your rooms or replace coffee… which I found strange. Otherwise the staff were an absolute pleasure to talk to and made us feel so welcome. Nice clean environment and so so peaceful.

Excellent Customer Service”
The Hotel is located directly next to the Train Station! Such a convenient location for walking with luggage. However, quite a bit away from the sights. Take good walking shoes or plan to take the metro if you want to visit the Eiffel Tower and other sights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby prior to check-in, as well as after we checked out, so that we could go venturing around the city without the extra weight. It was a wonderful experience! I'll definitely book with them again.

Near to Gare nu nord and halal food”
The hotel is near to station Gare du nord just 5min walking distance. Easy to get halal food like pakistan,bombay,istanbul. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Room very clean and tidy. However,when we want to sleep at night,there's a lot of noise outside and around the area.

The room that I had was a double comfort room with two twin beds. Decent enough to fit in one or two big luggages. Super convenient - near to supermarket and in between gare du nord and gare de elst stations. Staff was friendly and appreciate their additional hour of extension from 3pm! Lovely hotel to stay.

Pleasant stay, good value for money ”
This hotel is a good 3 star that is good value for money. The area is a little questionable but we needed to be close to Gare Du Nore (5min walk) and the Moulin Rouge (10min taxi) for 1 night so this was perfect. Has all the basics you need and beds were comfortable.

The hotel is situated right beside two big train stations where you can commute easily to city centre Paris and the area! The rooms are more spacious than other similar hotels. Great place to stay in Paris and more affordable!

We booked a night at short notice so we didn't have to travel as far for our 10:13 Eurostar back to London. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the room, let alone the helpfulness and politeness of the staff. It was just what we needed and very comfortable. We would visit again

Cramped room with no amenities”
The location close to Gare du Nord and gare de est is very convenient but the hotel has not much to offer. Very small room, no tea/coffee provision in room. Paid breakfast. No extended checkout time, unless you are willing to pay.

In the toiled there was not cleaner brush, when asked at the reception they said that is not part of the toilet furniture. The room was small, and the cleaning of it was not well performed. Also the bed wasn't conformable. I would not recommend this hotel.
