Its foam spring material. Most luxury hotel use pocket spring mattress so it will last longer and didnt hurt ur back. No viewable windo. But eyelets kinda window available Got structure beam in the middle of the room. Lol Got water heater. Very help full Got lift and stairs if ur room at upper level

I booked a room with bathtub, favourable price for a bathtub room but bathtub with jacuzzi not function anymore so just book a normal bathtub room will do. Room ok but cleanliness 3.5 star only and they only provide cleaning service for up to 3 days stay. Parking is limited maximum 3 car, but still can park at opposite paying with parking app. I stay 4 days in different room but their service is still good for me as in receptionist will help to change towel for me

Good value for money for room with bathtub. Comfortable bed. Could easily missed the location as it’s not shown properly on google map and the sign board is small. Parking is a bit headache coz it’s limited. Wall was thin , soundproof was quite bad. Could hear clearly the room beside.

The process to check in is a bit slow but the staff is really nice and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and spacious. Great for those who want to spend some "me time" but the view from bathtub cannot be seen as the window is blurred with tinted.

Good location, easy access to nearby attractions. But the room TV has no channels to view as the channel receiver was out of order. The management should ensure all facilities are functioning prior to guest check in. Very limited parking space.

Hi,i have checked in executive room..there is jacuzzi but not working..you may use as bath tub.the major drawback is there tv but only to listen radio.there is no tv channels.otherwise it is okay.

Parking is so hard to find. If not , you have to pay on your own over the roadside. Plus, the TV can’t switch on, plus there is no telephone to call operator due to inconvenience happened.

The times square itself nothing but ghost mal”
I booked because I thought just at the front of this hotel has shopping mall and easy to find food. However the reality bites, it has closed for long time! We booked 2 rooms. My room has a splash red blood on the room curtain. I called the staff immediately, he clean it. The pillow was Hard. The room size is quite big for 3 star hotel. The head of jet shower for the toilet missing. Good thing the staffs were quite handful ofcourse you must tips them. Also a little spooky I must say.

- parking is hard to get, only have 4 parking lots although there are 18 rooms in their hotel - bad privacy service since the staffs mistakenly opened the room in the morning (we didnt even put 'housekeeping service' tag in front of our room) - this hotel suitable for backpacker, solo traveler without transport, couples but not for family/business trip traveler
