Disgusting place with rude staff”
We booked this hotel for 6 nights 5 weeks in advance and paid the full amount when booking. We were aware this is a budget hotel and read the reviews before hand but thought how bad can it actually be. On arrival we were met by a not so friendly receptionist. He then proceeded to tell us we needed to pay 50% more money in cash to be able to stay there and that breakfast wasn’t available even though the booking said it was included. After a long argument the receptionist agreed we don’t have to pay anymore. We decided to stay there, as by this point it was 9pm and we’d been traveling all day. Entering the room we were greeted by cracked floor tiles and the stench of cigarettes even though this is a non smoking hotel. Opening the bathroom door we found extra guests was staying in our room, a cockroach and a family of work looking things which were mostly congregating in the over flow the sink but a couple were lingering around in the bowl. The bathroom is small, maybe a little larger than a aeroplane toilet. If you wanted, you could sit on the toilet whilst showering and brushing your teeth in the sink. Some may say that it’s a genius time saver but for us it was claustrophobic. Pulling back the ripped duvet the sheet was scattered with hairs, head hair and what looked like pubic hair. If you like sleeping in a dirty bed and the sound of rats in the ceiling then you’re in for a treat as you can hear them almost every night and if it’s not the rats, it’s the staff playing videos loudly on their mobiles at reception or knocking on your door at 10.30pm and running away laughing. Don’t be fooled into thinking that your room will be equipped with the basics, such as towels and toilet paper. We were told we had to purchase our own toilet roll. Not only are the staff rude and obnoxious, we also witnessed one kick a dog in the throat outside the hotel. All in all a terrible experience do not stay here!
Pathetic Experience ”
Rooms are very small and untidy with a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Bathrooms are really small where you can’t even stand. The room service is pathetic and the reception doesn’t pick up the phone. I tried calling them like a 10 times but they didn’t answered. I had to go down to reception to get a water bottle. The breakfast included does not have anything worthy. We were 3 people and the complimentary breakfast they gave was just 3 parathas.
Best deal in Andheri East”
Near to Airport, Railway Station, Bisleri Point (from where outstation Buses ply). Rooms are clean, linen fresh and clean, good breakfast.
Very good stay ”
Enjoyed our stay over here with family, but a few basis issues require attention - please provide a chair in the room (since there is hardly any space to keep your cloths once you are back from day's visit/work), ensure the ceiling fan is working when one does not need AC (the one in our room was defective), flushing tank should not leak and the exhaust fan in the bathroom should work.
Good location. Value for money
A bit disappointing”
Window needed repair. Small and very noisy.
nice hoteland staff ,special Deepak~
Not worth the money”
Location is near to bus stops /trains etc.Buildings is in renovation stage. No separate place for dining.Beds/blankets were not to the standard.Bathrooms were pathetic with place to stand alone.Facilities were either broken or cannot be used. This is for Bachelors alone who can compromise. Only thing consoling was receptionist who handled the situation.
Orange inn Experince”
The experience was great especially given that a renovation was ongoing, with upgrade of bed and beddings...it will be a much better address
The location is simple, but not very desirable”
Room: Small, crowded Hot water: was present, insufficient Toilet: Too small to manage
best budget hotel”
Pleasant and comfortable staying with inroom wifi and good secured room
Small Room but valve for money”
If you looking for cheap hotel, this is one for you.
Unmannered staff, room full of bed bugs”
I stayed for 5 days and it was the worst ever!! Staffs are very unprofessional, they tried to enter my room so many time without even asking permission and once entered they tend to lingered and examined you and yours belonging. I found this very offended and very rude. Over stay I got itchy rash almost every time staying in bed and finally found the cause. There were bed bugs and once I squeeze, it exploded with blood.
We had airport transfer with the booking. Tried to get in contact with the hotel 3 times by email to give our arrival details, but they never replied. Paid a taxi to the hotel 160 rps. The room was not the money worth and had no hot water. We were promised breakfast at 6.30 am, but nothing was ready at that time, so we did'nt have any.
Good hotel with an ugly exterior”
at the first sight of the hotel from the outside, it gave a very bad impression. it looked like a building about to collapse. we were four of us in two double rooms. we had half a mind to cancel the rooms. but we were satisfied looking at the rooms inside. they were small, but neat. the bathrooms were also neat and clean. breakfast was served in the room. you do not have much choice on breakfast. you can choose either bread with omelet or bread with butter and jam, along with a cup of tea or coffee each. a small parking place for cars is available right in front. overall, for a city like mumbai, this hotel is value for money, if you can ignore the horrible external looks.
Nice Hotel but no Internet”
the room quit small and no internet but the breakfast and tv very nice and good taste.
Small room location is not good”
it's not that great hotel looking at the price. in room wall paints not good, inside room there ware so many mosquitos.
Not good location with poor service”
Every service need to request first then they provide. Service level is not upto mark.
Rooms ok but pathetic service & bad location”
The rooms were ok, but hotel is very bad from outside. and also service was very bad, they don't treat people properly.
