Exceptional Hotel”

Value for money, location, hotel layout is both relaxing and facilities easily accessible. Need to improve is availability of what is indicated in the menu which is quite disappointing. This happened 5 times during our stay. Planning again to go back...

relaxing beach view ”

Pros - the room is clean and we had a good sleep at night. - there's a movie night Cons - bathroom has a bad smell in our 2nd day because of the water from the shower. Don't know why. No bidei but it's ok... - the Beach is not good for swimming but the view looks relaxing...

Liked everything here. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Super nice! ”

The resort is fairly new. I super love it! The room is really nice and super clean. They also provide free tumbler. Everyone is super nice and food is delish!

Not worth the money ”

Very expensive room for what we got. The view and the pool were nice. Our shower did not have hot water, breakfast buffet was very poor quality and never replenished. I feel it was not good value.

Good place to stay”

We just stayed for a night and I'm happy because the place is beautiful and clean. Location is great. Pool is nice. Staff were polite and very accomodating. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended. 👍

Nice stay”

Friendly and helpful staffs, food is very good even their breakfast is delicious, rooms were very clean but they don’t clean it everyday during our stay, given us a lot of complimitaries it was a relaxing stay indeed :)

Excellent”

The facilities and rooms were great. Location is great. Food isnt too bad either. For its price, it is quite a reasonable accomodation. Only downside during my stay was there was no internet / wifi in the rooms.

Pricey but worth it”

They have designed the place beautifully. Location was perfect near the beach and near the main road of Gen. Luna. The staffs were friendly and accommodating to all our request, they even offered to dry our wet clothes since the sun did not show up in our 3 days at Siargao. Breakfast food was ok, could still be improved on. Overall, it was a perfect stay for us in Apsaras Tribe.

Nice place”

Clean room and toilet. Love their room slippers it was too comfy. Pool was good love that it was deep. Breakfast was deli and complete. Staff were nice. Location is good.

Hotel rooms clean and new. Bathroom nice but small, shower pressure was pretty average and cold water. Otherwise hotel was in a good location and staff friendly. Pool was nice

Its worth the price”

Been to siargao countless times already - Stayed here twice this year Aug & dec 2018; The staff are very attentive and courteous; the place and room is clean and all have balcony; very nice airconditioning for a hot day and clear tv reception - breakfast was also good; kudos to the staff and manager ms edelyn for making our stay memorable - they also have a movie nighy by the beach so relaxing

I like their approach on minimizing the plastic bottle usage as they give complimentary water tumblers instead of bottled waters. Two thumbs up for that! The breakfast buffet is at 3/5. They offer Filipino and American breakfast with garden salad bar and fruits. They do not have early check-in. My friend and I arrived at around 1 in the afternoon, they said that we can have our lunch first before they can give us the room because standard check-in time is at 2 pm. The room is nice, exactly as shown in their photos. I like the comforters as it set the room vibe. The tribe theme compliments the place. 😍

Very poor price/quality”

We payed a lot for having an ocean view, but the room was dirty, bad isolated and a horrible shower. Breakfast is also rediculous poor for the price you pay, I am not asking for much but tea wasn’t even available, unless we would pay extra for it. The accommodation has a nice pool and looks fun and the staff is friendly, but wasn’t worth the money

Not really worth the rates”

We've stayed here for 3 nights on the beach view rooms, we find it okay but not really worth the rates compared to other resorts nearby. Add an additional Php1,000 to your budget and you'll be staying at a nearly 5 star vibe resort and even offered free airport transfers. + On the good side the resort does have friendly staffs, clean rooms and facilities. Complimentary stainless water bottles instead of the usual. Offers acoustic and movie nights on the beach. -Down side on what I've observed. Room towels have rust stains. Breakfast needs a little improvement in terms of food quality and varieties. Didn't offer free airport transfers. Hot shower takes atleast 15min to take effect and sometimes they ran out of water.

modern resort but it’s in front of sharp rocky shore”

Pros: Modern look and feel so nice ambiance overall. Very instragram-able. The best sinigang and tinola. Good breakfast buffet. Cons: Location: in front of sharp rocky shore (don’t really know what to call it) so you cannot swim on the beach unless you want to have multiple lacerations. Also far away from many establishments but you can always ride a tricycle to get to where you want. Our bathroom smelled weird the first time (I think it’s what they cleaned it with) so it caused my allergies to get triggered. The swimming pool wall had some yellow stains. Early check-in requires extra pay if earlier than 12 noon. Though we didn’t even get our room until 1pm, so no extra pay for us.

Great location & rooms, poor service”

The rooms are worth what you paid for; your own balcony, spacious room and big enough restroom. Location was great too, around 3 mins away from cloud 9 and 5mins away from general luna where all the restaurants are. The resort ambiance is great, with their pool & day beds in front of the beach where you can relax. However, service was disappointing. Staff are not too attentive. When we checked out, they were charging us food that we didn’t consume from the minibar.. plus food was bland and too expensive. Hope they can improve overall service.

A lot to improve ”

Book 2 rooms one for two person and the other one paid for 3 person. Both room are the same and only good for two person per room as there’s only 2 single bed per room....no room to put extra bed for the third occupant. Got rip off on this one.
