Always love to stay with Sunvida whenever I'm in Cebu alone or with my family. This room is byfar one of the best choices because it has a balcony where you can have coffee in the morning and enjoy wine at night. It's spacious and can accommodate atleast 5 family members. The tv thoo only offers netflix.

Booked twice on this unit. The place is not as spacious as you expect it to be but is okay if you're a couple. What we like about this is that we can cook during our stay and the utensils and appliances are in fully good condition, the view is wonderful esp having a balcony to chill esp at night. Location is super great for it's only walking distance to SM city. You can also use the pool. Cons is that they did not clean the unit properly bc when we came back the 2nd time we booked, the dead cockroach is still sticking in the wall near the tv. But overall, a great place to stay in the city!

The location is great and the price is very affordable. The room is not well cleaned- dusty under the bed and many ants. The towels are smelly too. The shower is leaking and water is wasted when taking s bath.

Just an honest review, the place wasn’t as expected, though the location is excellent. An odd smell from the sink goes through the room. No internet unfortunately. We were given 50ph mobile internet, thank you. The pool, gym were out of service due to the bagyo. Was difficult to get some linen as it’s a condo unit and not a hotel, which is unfortunate.

WORST CONDO EXPERIENCE”
Room is filled with COCKROACHES AS IN! Induction cooker is not working. Too crowded for 6 pax, very limited space. Sockets and extensions are loose. CR drainage is clogged and drains slowly. NOT RECOMMENDED!

A room for improvement”
5/5 for the location and facilities. Since it's a balcony I'm able to enjoy the scenic views when I'm having my breakfast and evening meals. My ony peeve is that the room reeked badly of something from under the sink- we had to open the balcony window to air it out. There was also water leaking from the bathroom ceiling during day two. If these things could be improved, it might become a perfect place to stay in the city while being on a budget.
