Good hotel with good service. Room is a little small but very clean and close to public services. Value for money for travelers who only required place to sleep and clean your self to get ready for the next day.

Location is awesome..5 to 7 mins walkable from farrer park mrt n accessible to good restaurants nearby..room although very small for the price paid..but i can understand the high retail price in singapore besides it was peak season for my stay..i stayed for 4 nights n very satisfied with my stay the whole trip..thanks team !!!!

Exceed expectation”
Overall exceeds my expectations. The room is pretty clean especially the toilet. Bed is comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Aircon is cold. The only down side would probably be the not so sound proof walls. We could hear kids shouting and adults chatting loudly. And also cause we stayed near the automatic door which leads to the last unit, the sound of the door could be quite distracting.

Staff here are VERY friendly and helpful. Location is great close to MRTs and malls like City Square. Cafe/dining isn't going now due to Covid restrictions but plenty of food options close by. Definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

The staff are nice and assertive. They care for their visitors especially to the housekeeping. The door is not sound proof so i can hear aloud the footsteps and voices of people using the lift and passing by... But all in all i had a good rest which i want to do....

This hotel is suitable for everyone staying in Singapore for a few days. The rooms are cheap, the facilities are great and you can get access to the nearest shops easily, and there are four MRT stations nearby, Jalan Besar, Rochor, Little India and Farrer Park.

Good Hotel, Good Location”
Aqueen is a few minutes walk to 2 mrt stations which is really convenient when you are travelling with kids. It is next to a lot of restaurants and near the City square mall next to Farrer Park Station. Room is quiet small but this is already expected as per Singapore standard. The room and bathroom is clean which is important. Accommodating staff too!

All the 3 staffs which I chanced upon during my 1-night stay was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Sapiah assisted in my check-in which was a breeze Jai gave me directions to the nearest ATM which I thought was another place.. hey but yes he is right The other guy provided me with a banding aid when my nail gave way.. Overall is ok but for those light sleeper or night owl like me, watching tv is definitely not gonna be the choice for its selections are only limited to all local channels and CNA.

Great location, near to alot of popular eateries. Staff was helpful. Not much facilities as it is still Covid period, cant explore. Leaky kettle that flood the whole table, small room, still can see toilet paper in the toilet bowl when i first lift up the cover. Feel that its not that value for money for the small room, lack of facilities and not up to standard cleanliness.
