Close to major attractions, restaurants, shops etc. A car is essential. Place looks new and clean. Friendly owner. Towels and blankets are clean and packed in plastic packs. Spacious room. Only prob, no hot water for shower on all 3 rooms. Other than that, good stay.

The hotel/guest house is in a residential area. There s no real sign for it, so you're better off letting Google maps guide you as near as it can and then phoning the host. I enjoyed my stay, the host was very friendly and welcoming. The room is basic, but has all the necessary features. The only odd thing was there were no sheets, but a matress protector. But apart from that it's a good place to stay

We are a family of 3, from Switzerland. Ahmed welcomed us very warmly. He showed us his house, the room etc. The room was very clean, equipped with air conditioning (although this device is a bit noisy). It was very clean, with private toilet and shower. A kitchen is available for guests who would want to cook themselves, although this is not necessary since breakfast and dinner vouchers are provided for a local restaurant nearby (10-minute walk, or 2-minute drive). WiFi available for free. There is also a small swimming pool but we did not use it. Ahmed also sent us a WhatsApp message with many links about things to do in the region and was available for any advice we would have wanted to ask. We strongly recommend this address.

It was a little hard to find the property, there is no sign outside, but google maps takes you to the right street and it is a large grey house. Ahmed was very welcoming and gave us some great links via whatsapp to good walks and highlights to visit in the area. When a power cut happened he brought us a candle. for our room He also provided breakfast in local restaurant which was unexpected and very generous. This same restaurant was great for supper too. Lots of water provided in the room. The apartment is in a brilliant location as a base for exploring Jabal Shams. I would definitely highly recommend this apartment.
