الفندق السعر مرتفع مقارنة بالفنادق والمنتجعات الاخرى والتي هي اقرب منه لمول روبنسون ومول SM لا يسمح بالتدخين لازم تدخن في الشارع يبغى لك مشوار. المطعم تعبان لا يوجد خدمة غسيل الملابس. بعد الساعة الثانية عشرة ليلا يغلق الاستقبال ولا تجد الا الحارس فقط واغلب وقته نائم عند الباب. المشكلة انهم لا يحترمون العملاء حاطين منطقة التدخين عند شجرة خارج الفندق صراحة لا يستحون ولا يستحقون ان يدفع احد امواله في مثل هذه الفنادق اذا لا يحترم الفندق العملاء فهذا دليل ان الفندق فاشل. طبعا النزلاء قليل لان الفندق يقوم بوضع شروط على النزلاء وايضا لا يوجد شيئ يشجع على الاقامة في الفندق. طبعا هذا التعليق من خلال تجربة شخصية للفندق صراحة خسارة فقط للمال.

Relaxing place, Very approachable staff”
we had a wonderful time at Ala Amid. I am very much pleased with the attitude of all the employees. They never fail to say Hi, make a small talk and also they're attentive to our request. It is affordable and the buffet breakfast is also ample. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with the water heater that I have to ask them to turn it off as it's really hot. Cons - They did not clean our room on our 3rd day but when we asked for a new towel, they were able to respond fast. - No intercom / phones in the room which I have to call their office number Overall, I would highly recommend this place because it is far from the noise, they have a nice pool, plus the staff are really awesome. Btw, WIFI may work slow that's why I used my mobile data

Landscape with a tropical mood and sincere, nice smiley staff”
I was able to stay on the second floor best room by the poolside.The landscape on the pool side was mysterious and healed. The cooler was not necessary because the night was cool and had a pleasant wind.The birds and butterflies, the pleasant sound of the fountain, the shade of the large trees, and the breakfast at the poolside while enjoying them was great.The rooms are clean and tastefully designed. Equipment is necessary and sufficient. And I was particularly impressed by the fact that the front staff, in a sincere manner, approached the guests with a smile. I will come back again.Thank you to the hotel staff

Pros: - Very good location (Near Robinson's Mall and Puerto Princesa Airport) - Staff are very responsive and attentive to our queries. One of the housekeeping attendants ran outside and gave us the soiled clothes that we forgot upon check-out - Excellent communication upon confirmation of booking and they granted my special request. I planned a surprise birthday treat for my husband by decorating our rooms with balloons and I ordered their customized dedication cakes on Sabie bakes. I coordinated the said requests through text and they managed to follow my requests. They even sing and greet my husband on the 12mn of his birthday! - Clean and spacious room - Very quiet and peaceful ambiance - Delicious buffet breakfast. Great ambiance since breakfast is served at the side of the pool Thank you Ala Amid Bed and Breakfast! We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

Worth every peso”
Buffet breakfast served in the poolside was definitely the highlight of our stay. Staff were super friendly, approachable, courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and clean plus the beddings and towels smelled good. Amenities in the room (tv, aircon, heater, etc) were working pretty cool and the hotel also provided for free soap and shampoo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because it was located in a peaceful neighborhood and you're really greeted with the scent of baked goods when you enter the place! Will definitely recommend this place!

I love AlaMid! We were welcomed by very friendly staff and got settled in immediately. I woke up early in the morning to work and struck a conversation with a guy who was donning his biking shoes. He was very friendly and told me about the route he was going to take. He mentioned some of the sites he will ride past and offered some coffee on the house. Pleasantly surprised, he turned out to be the owner Bryan! We only stayed 2 nights but had a pleasant stay in Puerto Princesa but had a wonderful one . As always, it is the hosts - in this case - AlaAmid - who made our stay a memorable one. Hope to stay with you again in the future!

Nice, clean place”
This place seems to be run by Christians. Christian music is played as you eat your free breakfast that has Two options for you to chose from each night before. I felt the servings were small. Room was large. Shower head was on the end of a hose, so kinda floppy. Adventist Hospital down the street has a great vegetarian cafe. Internet was fine. Robinson’s grocery not far. Mall not far.

A gem of a property, special thanks to an amazing staff”
Great value for money, and a very hospitable and responsive staff. Me and my family of 6 adults and 6 children stayed at their family suite for 5 days. From beginning to end they have been nothing but warm, welcoming and an epitome of hospitality. Our flight was almost 5 hrs delayed and they were there to welcome us with big smiles at the airport at 11pm. Our room was spacious, clean, with 2 cool and working AC, 2 bathrooms and spacious veranda, facing the pool, on the 2nd floor. The breakfast buffet also changes everyday and with freshly brewed coffee, by the pool. There is a very good bakery connected to the lobby that serves the best cupcakes I've ever had, believe me, they are worth every peso. They also helped arranged a blueberry cheesecake for my Dad's birthday. Every request was answered and delivered with a smile. It was a real pleasure staying at Ala Amid. We definitely recommend them to our friends and family who happened to visit Puerto Prinsesa.

Enjoyed our stay”
Just about everything about this place is a pro. It’s basic but the beds are comfy, aircon works, food is amazing, staff are great and it’s very clean. There are water coolers on both floors for guests as well as neXt to the pool. Ladies at the desk will help with any van or tour bookings you need. My friend and I made use of the pool, it was clean and deep (for me standing at 5.2ft) and pool towels are provided. The eating area surrounds the pool, the set up is very nice. One word to describe the B&B would be ‘cute’ and in a good way. The bakery in the lobby have delicious cupcakes as well. Only con’s were the lightbulbs in the room are quite dim and the tv quality was very grainy, could barely make out pictures. Otherwise a perfect stay and would return again

Overly friendly staff... Lovely place! Clean, nice room, and breakfast buffet was great! Night guard was also a friendly fellow who showed me some turtles in the pond at the night and made sure my rental car was locked and secured all night! The surrounding area was great too! I had street food a few times and never paid more than 100 peso for full meals!

Nice location with an incredible staff”
This bed and breakfast offer a lot for the money. Located close to the airport but away from the noise and crowds of Puerto Princesa, it is a nice place to relax. The staff is incredibly helpful if you are planning on booking day trips to the Underwater Cave or to Honda Bay. The rooms are nicely furnished and even though the furnishings are somewhat dated it is very clean. My friend enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet but if you are a vegan like myself there is little to choose from. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again

FAMILY IS LOVE”
This is our first travel as family for the year 2020, and we really want it to be memorable. As I am planning the trip I was torn in to booking a plane transient hostel or a 5 star one until I saw Ala Amid B&B Hotel. I carefully read the reviews and it really caught my attention. I called them and the Ms Alyssa (one of the staff) is very accommodating. Once we arrived I begun to love the place. It was super accessible and convenient to groceries and restaurant. The people were warm and nice. The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is superb. Definitely will recommend, plus I got super big discount booking thru Agoda. Yay for our family vacation.

Clean/Cheap/Friendly”
Staff are great (always helpful and happy) Pool is clean (but cold because its only exposed to the sun for a couple of hours) Rooms are big and comfy beds (a little dark inside but who's wants to be inside??) Location is good (just off the main road so quiet but not far from the airport) The free airport transfer is no longer free but still available for around 400 pesos one way I would recommend this place for single, couple, group or family travellers Salamat Ala Amid!

Great Value for Money and Staff!”
My mom and I had a restful stay at Ala Amid. Tric from the airport was 130 php. You can easily book tricycle city tours with the drivers parked outside the hotel. For shorter rides, though, hail the ones that are not parked for cheaper fare. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Room was spacious! The CR was also big, but there was a problem with the drainage in the bath area. The water would pool, because I think the drain itself was placed it the wrong spot. The sink had issues too with draining, but it was cleaned well by the staff. (Just tell them about it! They will fix it for you.) Suggestion for the water pooling in the bath area: maybe provide an easy-squeeze mop. (3M brand). Breakfast: There were 4 viands to choose from,and pair with, rice. They also served bread, pancake/french toast. Filling! We didn't use the pool. It is very near Robinson's, and sari-sari stores, so there was no problem with getting snacks (and fruits!) Would definitely come back!

The bed and breakfast is just a 10 to 15 minute ride from the airport. Ala Amid is very close to the city but away from the crowds and noise of Puerto Princesa. The receptionists at the front desk do an incredible job of helping you out with whatever concern or request you may have. The morning breakfast was very good for my friend but for a vegan such as myself it really had nothing. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would choose the place again.

We checked out just yesterday. The pros: - good location, easy to get around the city as tricycles frequently pass by - good tasting breakfast with large servings - ver warm and very accommodating staff, always greeting you with a smile whenever you pass by, from fhe guards to the front desk to the housekeeping and to the kitchen staff. They're very amenable to our requests especially when we requested for our breakfast to be served earlier than 6 am as we had to leave the hotel at 630 am to catch a 730 am flight - rooms are equipped with SmartTV. This is nice when you can squeeze in a chill day in your itinerary and you just wanna Netflix (or YouTube) and chill, like we did on our last day after going around PPS for 4 days - room is spacious, with plenty of pillows, which mg husband liked so much - breakfast by the pool provided a really nice ambiance Cons: - breakfast is no longer buffet style but plated, serving is ample though - the only hygiene product that they don't provide are toothbrushes and toothpastes so make sure to bring your own - breakfast is served between 6 to 9 am. However, influx of guests requesting for breakfast happens between 6 to 8 am so expect to wait for almost an hour for food to be served if you come in between these times. Either you come by the pool at 6 am sharp to be accommodated first or come around 830 or 845 to be avoid the influx of other guests by the pool. All in all, notwithstanding the cons, our stay qas great, they made up for the cons anyway. We told the front desk staff on our way out yesterday that we'd stay here again if we were to come back to PPS and we meant that. 👍 👍 👍

The food are great! Though I suggest to have a smoking area wherein the guest will be more comfortable to stay while smoking. But the staff, place and food are great!

A Great Place to Stay”
You'll LOVE this place !! Quiet & the A/C works fine. There is a small private laundry about a 4-5 minute walk from Ala Amid. Very inexpensive and they do a good job. Be sure to give the lady there a 50-100 peso tip. 2-day turnaround. At the B&B, Mia will take care of any concern/problem you may have. A very beautiful and competent lady. Tricycle guys are always going up and down the street out front. Robinsons' Mall is a 80-100 pesos ride. Stay a few days !!
