Pros and Cons”
Stayed for 3days. Cons: 1) Before visiting th resort, they replied that they will offer us complimentary late check out since our flight was at 11:20 p.m. if the availability allows. But after checking in, we visited the lobby on our way to the Buffet restaurant for breakfast on the 2nd day and the female lobbist kept insisting that the complimentary late check out was only till 2pm even if it was possible and that we had to pay 18,500 THB to stay 6 more hours if we wanted the late check out. We told her that the emails we had received was another story but she kept shouting that no complimentary late check out is possible after 2pm. It was so embarrasing to hear her shouting at us with both of ther hands shaking with anger. Never have I been treated like this in a hotel lobby. 2) On check in we arrived 40 minuites after the promised check in initiating time. We had to wailt about 2hrs to check in and was given a complimentaty tea set for a token of the late process. We felt a little bit dissapointed but it was O.K., until we found out that the tea set was only for 2person but our we were paying the hotel for 3persons per night. 3) While sleeping, I caugt a bug that was biting me on the arms. I was very surprised and alerted the hotel front. About 5 minuites after, the housekeeping person came to the room and informed me that it was somekind of a moth. But it was a terrible experience. After that episode no body from the front or the management checked up with me if it was all right. I might have had some allergies, but they didnt care. Pros: The architecture was wonderful, and the rooms were clean and well kept, the food was superb. The restaurant personells were very well trained and professional.

Very VERY friendly and well-trained staff. All were polite and kind and gave amazing service. Hotel is stunning!! Very very beautiful design, can be a tourist spot itself with how beautiful it is. Only 2 very trivial concerns: 1. relatively minimal lighting in room, quite dark for activities inside room at night 2. breakfast not that large variety Also, i went during construction period, so walking from room to lobby is very far and outside of hotel. despite concerns, overall very good and comfortable experience. would totally recommend.
