Very good hotel ”
The location was excellent - museums are walking and rest of the places room. Close to bus stop, tram, metro. Very clean, good breakfast. Very happy with the stay

We are family of 4 and stayed at quadruple room. It was on the basement floor so no view from the room. I found someone’s used slippers under the bed and hairdryer was old and sticky with someone’s hair on it. It needs to be replaced. Breakfast was good. Location is outstanding! Parking is not on site so you have to park at public parking space. It’s extremely hard to drive in the city with pedestrians, bicycles and trams going by…recommend to visit city by public transportation. Overall, it was pretty good.

we loved our stay so much that we came back to leonardo after leaving to spend a couple days in paris. the location is utterly superb!!! and the staff were also super helpful. they do have semi-basement rooms which are quite comfortable but if you would like a different room you should request beforehand. We stayed in the semi-basement the first night and then stayed in a room with a balcony the second time we came and both were lovely!! The toilet seat is quite tall for me though, but I realize dutch people are very tall 🤭🤭
Great hotel close to city centre”
The hotel is conveniently located close to the canals, where you can easily access canal cruises. It's within a 400m walk to the nearest tram station, making it easy to get around. The hotel is situated about a 5-7 minute walk from the museum quarter and around 20 minutes from Centraal Station. The surrounding area is lively, with many bars and restaurants that stay open late, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. For my next visit, I prefer this central location, as it avoids the need for excessive back-and-forth travel. The boutique hotel itself has an excellent coffee shop and delicious food on-site. The staff was very accommodating. However, one downside was the small size and poor design of the bathroom. The shower door was not properly sealed, causing water to drain outside the shower enclosure and accumulate near the sink. Additionally, the sink faucet was too long, leading to water splashing everywhere when using the sink. Overall, the hotel's prime location within the city center and its amenities make it a great choice, despite the issues with the bathroom design.

Good location. Didn't use much of their facilities. Good breakfast. Staffs were fine but nothing warm about their hospitality. To get into their lobby, guest have to carry your own heavy luggage up a flight of stairs, staff did not help. Room was very small, hardly place to put luggage and move around. Bathroom super small. Nice interior and clean hotel and room. However, I wouldn't suggest for long stay. Good for a night or two without much luggage.
