Great 4 stars hotel for its price”
The room we received was clean The Wi-Fi is stable The floor isn't slippery when wet in the bathroom They fully respected their promise of free water bottles for every night At glance, the safe seemed to be ready when we arrived (but we didn't use it) The foods served during breakfast are simple but were correctly seasoned and they are also better when mixing with sausages, this was also the first time I ate a real sausage (salty) in Vietnam and I liked to mix with the other foods. Staff are kind. The view of the sea was great. However we noticed some problems: When we received the room, we noticed the candle was lit: this is dangerous to leave it in the bathroom without someone in the room. In the wardrobe, there is a switch inside that turns off the light when the door is closed: However, when we closed the door we heard a weird noise from the wardrobe, after investigation, we found that the switch was not properly installed and barely touch the door: Not only it didn't turn the light off but also it was dangerous due to the electrical noise from the switch, we decided to move the switch a bit behind in order to avoid contact with the door (and we left the door open as a precaution). when we plug the cable into the sockets, it doesn't attach properly. The hand shower was dirty, but we cleaned it with a towel. During our last day at the hotel, we had boils, we think that the new towels was probably deposed on a dirty place during the cleaning room. The restaurant from the hotel is expensive but you can found restaurants/shops around the hotel for cheaper price. They only leave 1 paper roll for each cleaning room, it is recommended to always leave 2 for emergency use. But we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: we give 8/10.
Da Nang couple/family trip”
We all had an amazing time during our stay in Da Nang at the Alani Hotel. We chose it mainly due to it's previous reviews and location and were not disappointed. All of the staff that we encountered were all very friendly and polite throughout our stay, helping with anything we needed. Especially the door staff who were always very friendly asking about our plans and if we needed any help. The view's from the room were magnificent, the bed was nice and soft and the showers were great. The rooms were also very clean. The rooftop pool is a decent size and maintained very well, which also offers amazing views. The buffet breakfast has enough variety and is changed each day, which I enjoyed. Overall, it was an amazing trip. Perfect location to visit and travel around Da Nang. I'd highly recommend it and would gladly return, hopefully in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at Alani. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They provided recommendations for restaurants in the area and also help organise our trip to Hue. Tour and driver hire prices were quite good. Rooms were small and a bit worn out but were clean. The best part was the variety of food at breakfast time. A buffet breakfast with a varying selection of Vietnamese dishes. They also offered basic cereal and toast/eggs too. Located on a quiet street and walking distance to the beach. One thing we won’t forget is the person selling banh bao till midnight every night. We couldn’t hear the traffic in our 11th floor room, but we heard the banh bao guy and his megaphone as he drove around on his motorcycle. It was frustrating when trying to sleep, but what can you do except laugh?

Location is near to the beach,Mart,spa,restaurants. Bellman Alfie is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped. Rooftop pool is rather small but has nice beach view. Breakfast buffet is splendid. U can’t miss the soup noodles section, my all time fav. Just some hiccups during our checkout. Receptionist said one towel lesser (I wish I checked thoroughly before we went out). Swear to God that none of us took it. And we stay in so many hotels before and this never happened. Anyway, receptionist is kind enough to brush it off. I don’t want to speculate things but hope it’s just cleaner’s miscalculation. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Actually, Alain is 4 stars hotel at DA NANG. But I want to give 5stars hotel. I stayed there 3 nights at Connection room ( 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms and 1 private door to access through that 2 bedrooms) which is good for group. Firstly, Staff are very friendly and willing to help guests. Very hospitable Reception. And rooms are very clean after came back from visiting even though I did a messy job in my room😅. One more thing is very delicious breakfast. Menu is different for each day. And I requested them I want to watch FIFA World Cup , then staff came and set up to watch that on the TV👍👍. Very helpful😃. A lot of mini mart, local food and coffee shop are nearby there. Just need to walk 2 minutes to beach. Overall, very very good hotel😃. Highly recommended 👍👍👍. And I do appreciate for your assistance and intentions on guests. I will make sure to visit there again 😃
