للاسف لا يوجد تكييف في معظم الغرف ويحري فتح شبابيك الغرف بقصد التهوية مما يتسبب بدخول الذباب والباعوض بالوان خضراء ورمادية الى الغرف. كما ان الابواب تفتح بمفتاح عادي والفندق غير متطور
Great location and exceptional staff ”
The hotel is just a few steps away from the famous Sacher Cafe and very close to Stephanplatz, tram and train stations, the opera house , lots of shops and cafe too. It is located on a side street which is a plus because it is quieter at night. You can also see the Albertina as soon as you step off the street and walk to the Hofburg palace from there. We would like to commend Mr. Henry Genio for going above and beyond to help us go to Salzburg since there were several cancelled OBB trains during our stay bec of ongoing rail repairs due to floods the week prior. Much thanks again sir henry ! The rest of the staff were all very helpful and nice too . Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends visiting Vienna

Old world charm in a great location”
This hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the Opera House and minutes from Karlsplatz Ubahn. The interior of the hotel with its wooden panelling is a tasteful trip back to yesteryear and in keeping with the city. All the staff we came in contact with were very obliging and helpful, we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others
