Wonderful location of B52 Beach resort ”
I stayed at the B52 beach resort for 3 days, 23rd to 26th of May and it’s like the following : - wonderful location on the beach of Thong Sala. - 25 minutes walking from thong sala pier. - 15 minutes walking to 7 eleven and local markets and restaurants. - renting a motorbike is available by the resort for 200 baht a day and it’s like 25-30 minutes by motorbike from the resort to Than Sadet-koh Phanagan national park and Dom Sila viewpoint. - 40 minutes by motorbike to Koh Ma & Nae Haad beach phanagan island. - the Villages like V4 which I have stayed at is with beautiful interior and exterior design, decent size and good path too with a very nice outside view balcony. It worth the money you pay to stay at the B52 Beach resort. I would highly recommend it and upon the location I would give it a 5 star.

Good beach location with sunset view”
We like it here because if its close distance to the city center. The location on the beach is good, with a nice view over the sunset. Its a lovely family running this resort.

Great view, but needs some attention”
The view from the pool is great, the room romantic with the best bed I have had during my trip in Thailand! I booked an extra night to get some really good sleep (after the full moon party). Downsides: NO cleaning during my 4-day stay, not all lights were working, very bad shower (either hot or cold) with no power, lots of junk at the entrance and at the beach at the poolside, an angry cleaner by the checkout because of a yellow spot on a towel probably of the flowers they put on them the first day. It's a gem that needs to be polished a bit more! I would recommend it, if it was only for the great beds!

Right by the beach ”
Although the beach isn't one of the most beautiful beach on Koh Phangan, it's nice to wake up hearing the sound of the waves. Although the resort is now short of staff due to COVID-19, the owner was a really nice lady. Any problems and she was there to solve it for you! It's a very short few minutes walking distance on the beach from KBA Kiteboarding school. Restaurants at the resort is now closed, but you can get some beers/water at the bar. I stayed in the beach villa, everything was fine, except for that I found some bugs entering the room at night which was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was working fine.

mixed feelings about this place”
- pictures looked more appealing than actual place - the person who helped me check in was nice - room AC had issues when I walked into the room. I had to ask a second time for help and then it worked. - the mattress was good (not overly hard and not too soft). This was the best part of the stay. Luckily I only had to stay one night. for the price compared to other places I had stayed, this was a bit over priced.

Tragic”
Must have been nice once upon a time, but they’ve clearly been getting by with the bare minimum effort. Room was stuffy and smelly, instead of airing it out they had lit a scented candle to mask the damp. Sheets were clean, thank god, but dustbin hadn’t been emptied. Shower did not drain properly and toilet had issues. Breakfast was a travesty. Had ordered the Thai breakfast in hopes that local food would be a safer bet, but was still disappointed. Not even real coffee, only instant. Pool water was grey. Bar was ramshackle. Only good thing was the beachfront, central location. Better value for money elsewhere on the island. The staff were friendly and polite though.

Great pool - alright rooms”
I liked the pool alot and it is next to the beach, but a had to have to staff to reclean the room after we arrived. After that we had no issues. They asked for a 500 bath deposit for the key.

Nothing renovations there! No any service service, smelly , dirty outside and swimming pool! Toooooo much mosquitoes!!! But location was great anyway!

Near the ferry wharf”
Pool facilities on Thong Sala beach a little aged but clean and lovely host Pam and the staff made our stay really nice.

Perfect Resort ”
B52!!! This resort is soo cute and cozy. The rooms are lovely. The beach is perfection. Close to the pier, town, the market. Pam who manages the resort is wonderful and the staff are all very helpful. I’m a solo female and I felt very comfortable here after moving from a different hotel. I even extended my stay a few nights because I loved it so much. Would 100% recommend and come back! Thank you for the stay 🙏🏼❤️

Avoid - Cockroaches everywhere”
The worst experience i ever had in Thailand. Hotel is really oudated! Everywhere cockroaches and bugs. They never clean. Doesnt have hot water. Save your self and avoid this hotel. Greedy people desperate to get as much money they can from you. Pictures doesnt represent the hotel. Away from everything.

Nice shared pool, which was opened 24/7. From the pictures we thought, that we will get a little private pool, but it was not the case. Price was a little high for the bungalow, A/C was not really working, and the TV had a vertical green line. Room service was a little chaotic, you had to ask for it at the reception or talk directly to the cleaning persons.

Really need a renovation. Haven’t been maintained the last years.. everything is falling apart. From outside to inside. Totally needs a makeover. And rubbish everywhere. So sad when you have the beach in front.

Great place! ”
We booked the beach villa which was beautifully renovated on the inside which was a nice surprise. The villa had it’s own little porch area with a hammock and a swing. The beach is only accessible during low tide as it almost entirely disappears during high tide. The bed was SO comfortable, probably the most comfortable I have slept in while travelling through Thailand. The wifi is also great and allowed me to work online and take zoom calls. The pool is beautiful and over looks the beach. The shower has hot water and good shower pressure. The only downfall to our stay is that other than our room and the pool area, the hotel it self seemed pretty run down and wasn’t a fully functioning hotel with staff and open restaurant. It was more of just a room rental + pool. This did not bother us and we assumed it was because of covid. Great place and worth it. You will however need to rent a scooter if you don’t want to walk 15min into main area.
