Very nice place, very clean and friendly owners”
The hotel is well located, easy to visit Nan. And the surrounding area, we needed to rent a car. The very friendly owners helped us to rent (because if our language barrier). Despite of unluckily 2 rainy days, we still enjoyed our Nan trip. Very clean. Have all the equipments, towels, shampoo... (except tooth brush). Thank you and see you again next time

Hidden gem hotel just out of town centre”
Super clean & comfortable hotel which is hidden in a residential area with 15 mins walks to morning market,some attractions and some local restaurants & noodle shops. The room is handy in all aspects,the bed is comfortable with spotless clean white sheet&pillows,powerful hot Shower.The air-condition is easy to control. We were happy to have two free pick up from bus terminal .The staff helped us to find a reliable day tour with driver in a reasonable price. The owner and staff tried their best to make us feel at home. We were enjoyed very much staying three nights in this hotel.

Very gracious and a cooperative couple! Extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to entertain my requests in the best way that they could. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would plan another trip to stay here - even if I have seen most of the touristic spots. Very relaxed atmosphere and feels exactly like home 😊

This was my first visit to Nan and I wasn't sure where to stay. I just chose Baan Nan because of their good reviews. Positives: The management was very helpful with all of my needs and questions as well as setting up a taxi for a days excursions around the area. They offer free airport transfer which was nice as I would have had a hard time finding the hotel for the first time. Breakfast although not the best, was more than adequate to get me energized for the day! Negatives: Except for a 5 minutes walk to a 7/11, everything else is a much longer walk!

Nice hotel, big rooms. Good bathroom with separate shower. A bit away from center of town but not too far to walk or use the bikes the hotel provides which were great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood by the river and near the morning market. The breakfast buffet was good and will make special eggs for you if needed. The manager and staff of the hotel were extremely accommodating and took extra steps to make us happy. Definitely recommend!

Awesome Breakfast”
Room is simple and clean. Good for few nights. Room is not that soundproof, we can hear the room next to us talking.. Nevertheless, breakfast is the best. We like traditional thai dessert. Food is healtht and yummy.
