Real vacation ”

Always wants to come back to this place, many years goes by a bit has been changed from my first visit. The things has never change and I loves about it is the friendliness of the hotel manager and staff, feels like staying at my own beach house more than a hotel. The cleanliness of the beach is the most important and that keep me coming back every chance I have. Most and for all, the owner of this resort is one of the top celebrity in Thailand, he's the most friendly person I ever know, and always there to meet and greet his customers. This resort deserve more than 5 stars!

The Cambodian Staff saved the day;”

To be fair I did go in rainy season but my spirits were not dampened. This was my Honeymoon/birthday trip so took everything in my stride. The location is more than 100% it is claen and tidy and they were brilliant that I took my dog. The main meals are good but like all resorts a bit pricey. We liked it if it was not for the young Cambodian lads taking care of day to day matters would be unhappy. The lads saved the whole holiday. Breakfast? Thai Rice soup brilliant but American breakfast stay in bed.. My whole holiday saved by the location and staff!

Secluded hotel with very friendly, helpful staff”

were very friendly and helpful and wanted to practice english. My boyfriend and I wanted to go to the mini-mart on the main road (short walk or bike ride) so the staff gave us the keys to a motor bike, no questions asked!! Even took it out the next day just for a bit of fun! The food was really good, however, I am a fairly picky eater and after a few days I didn't want any more seafood and the curry was very spicy, so I aksed the staff to make me a less spicy curry with chicken and onions. They had no problem doing that and it was delicious!! Made both me and my boyfriend very happy!! On the last night of our stay the staff noticed that we hadn't been to dinner yet and they were closing earlier than normal (as it was a Sunday), so they called us to let us know! Was very thoughtful as otherwise we would have gone to bed hungry! The rooms could have been a bit nicer, but overall it was a lovely stay. Relaxed on the numerous lounge chairs and hammocks by the beach and ate wonderful food!!

This place want to maintenance”

Is on the beach good location but place is want to do maintenance. Air conditioning is loud and water dripping when it working. Breakfast its just Thai-porridge (pork/seafood) and coffee with some toast. Kitchen closed around 8 pm.

Personalized services, breakfast should be better”

choice of breakfast is limited, should be improved. however, when we ordered dinner, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality, though it is a little pricy. bungalows are also too close to each other so we cannot sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. the room we had comes with a nice roof top sutting area but gets a little too warm mid day. from baantoom, go to oasis park for the dolphin show, we strongly recommend it. there is also a market close to baantoom where you can get all the traditional thai food you crave. chanthaburi is also good for their fruits.

Small hotel with friendly staff”

the resort is quite smalls, and bangalows are quite closed to each other which make a me a little uncomfortable. there are only 2 bangalows with face directly to the beach. the rooms are quite old but quite charming. the staff are really nice and friendly. we went there late and were the last guests to arrive on that day. there were two bangalows left. the front staff walked us to see each rooms and let us choose the one we liked more. really nice of him indeed. the beach is nice and clean.

the only thing that good about this place is location. If you want the place to stay with cleanliness, good commodity and great service, you should find somewhere else.

Liebes Agoda Team , wenn sie sich einen Gefallen tun moechten ,dann nehmen sie das Hotel von ihrer Plattform.Es hat absolut nichts mit nur annaehernden europaischen Standard zu tun.Reise seit 10 Jahren durch Thailand und habe schon vieles gesehen.Wir hatten zwei Standard Zimmer gebucht fuer ca 1000 THB die Nacht. Rezeption gibt es keine , nur einen Schreibtisch.Englischkenntnisse gleich null , selbst meine Frau , sie ist Thailaenderin , war erschrocken.Buchung wurde nicht gefunden , 15 Minuten spaeter ging es dann aber doch auf die Zimmer.Verriegeldt wurden die Tueren mit einem Vorhaengeschloss. Die Tueren in einem desolaten Zustand.Schlossen nicht richtig , sodass grosse Luftspalte zu sehen waren, bis zu 1cm. Bei der Balkontuer genauso.Moskitos konnten ungehindert ein und aus fliegen.Die Sitzgelegenheiten, Stuehle und Tische konnte man nicht als solche bezeichnen.Das Badezimmer war relativ sauber und das Beste an allem. Meine Frau und ich, nie wieder.

ตอนแรกจองไม่ได้อ่านรีวิวพออ่านตกใจเรยค่ะ ก็เรยทำใจไว้ล่วงหน้าละ พอดีมาหลายคนเรยจองราคานี้เพราะเรานอนกันคืนเดวเพราะต้องไปขึ้นเขาและย้ายที่ แต่พอมาถึงดีนะคะ พนักงานน่ารักมีพี่คนนึงไม่รุ้เป็นคนดูแลที่นั่นรึป่าวแกน่ารักดีคุยด้วยตลอด เอาอาหารไปกินหน้าห้องเราพักชั้นล่างค่ะ2ห้องติดกันไปกัน4คนเด็ก1 พี่แกบอกว่า “เอาไปกินข้างหน้าก็ได้นะโต้ะหน้าห้องเล็กไป . อันนี้ก็ไม่เหมือนในรีวิวนะที่ว่าพนักงานหน้าบึ้ง ยิ้มแย้มน่ารักดีออก ห้องก็สมราคานะคะราคานี้ ที่พักสวย วิวสวย ติดทะเลเรย หาดสวย เงียบดีคิดว่าได้วิวค่ะ อาหารเช้าข้าวต้มอร่อย ไส้กรอกแฮมถือว่าดีกว่า3ดาวที่อื่นอิก ห้องสะอาดเสียอย่างเดวที่เตียงนอนไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ อย่างอื่นรวมดีค่ะ
