Great Vaca Getaway”
My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I can't say enough good things about it. Firstly, the comfort level was exceptional; every detail seemed designed with guest relaxation in mind. We stayed in a Bay view suite and the views were simply breathtaking, offering a beautiful view that soothed the soul. What's more, the resort's convenient location made it easy to stroll to various attractions and amenities, adding an extra layer of convenience to the stay. But what truly set this resort apart was the outstanding hospitality, exemplified by Ben. His warm greeting set the tone for the entire trip, and his dedication to creating accommodations tailored to our needs truly made the experience the best it could be. Ben went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel like valued guests. I can confidently say that his exceptional service elevated an already fantastic experience to something truly unforgettable. I can't wait to return and experience the magic of this resort once again.
Beautiful location”
I had the pleasure talking to a nice Associate on the phone before checkin and was put in one of the small bungalos with a full kitchen. The view was beautiful, and even though there were some homeless people camping outside right by the water, I felt safe there. The suite itself was clean, and housekeeping dia good job keeping me stocked up on the necessities for the 4 days of my stay. We visited the restaurant one night, and the location was very beautuful right by the private beach. The food was OK. Restarant service was great. The hotel suite itself could need a little remodeling as it was a little outdated and showed signs of age, especially in the bathroom. But I was very, very happy with my stay and would book the same location again for a conference at the Hyatt. Thank you!

Staff are great, we got upgraded to a suite thanks to a gentleman named Martin. Location is beautiful in the bay, but it's not very walkable. Mission Bay seems a bit rough around the edges, specifically towards the boardwalk. We got the hotel because it was close to SeaWorld, it's still a drive but it was really close for those with a car. The hotel itself looks a little dated with a lot of carpet, but it's kept really clean and they have some great onsite facilities.

Spring getaway ”
We loved our stay. It was the cutest private beach hotel with so many family amenities. We loved having private access to the beach, the large hot tub, the pool table, beach side rental services and the onsite dining. We will be going back!
