Once Upon a Time this was a beautiful hotel”
We have stayed here years ago and most recently. The property, once out of the hands of Sheraton, has declined, been neglected, and just looks sadly tired. I would only recommend this due to the proximity to the airport.
Terrible and Disapponting Hotel”
I booked this hotel for 5 days quarantine as required by government, however the hotel looks not well maintained, the light at my room not 100% work, towel looks old and brown color, cabinet and room looks old, room is dark due to the lamp they use is small power and brown color makes me feel not comfortable when working on laptop The bed and pillow also old, the bed spring doesnt work , first night i cannot sleep well and got back pain after wake up. During 5 days stay, i can sleep only 5hrs / day and i feel so tired on the last day The price also sounds expensive, the food at room service is expensive, I ordered gado-gado (Indonesian salad) cost me IDR 140,000 (USD 10) The staff also sounds not friendly, because first day when my breakfast is delivered to the room, it comes with hot tea inside small pot (jar), and when I asked to add more hot water, they charged room service rate because small pot is part of the breakfast package 😭 I understand that they might have financial situation due to pandemic however this is quarantine period and every guest there has tired already, why not provide better hospitality and services I dont recommend this hotel et all
Location and service”
You can’t beat the location of this hotel for a layover between flights. Even though it’s next to the airport it’s quiet., my view of the runway off in the distance was very soothing. It’s a nice pool in view of the lake with some beautiful trees surrounding the grounds. The hotel needs a little bit of updating but for the price, it was fine. It must’ve been an amazing hotel when it was new. The best part about my stay was the staff. They did not just nod their head, they gave intelligent responses to make sure my needs were met.

Formerly the Sheraton”
The hotel is an excellent hotel near Soekarno-Hatta Airport. It was formerly the Sheraton and is an old building. Services and staff are excellent as is the hotel's premium restaurant. The only downside is that it is an older building and some room facilities (e.g., shower in rooms) are dated.
