Good Hotel”
Best thing about the hotel is its staff. Thumbs up for everyone who works there. I did have few ups and downs. First, I have found flies in my room upon check-in and reported it to number of staff, who said someone will come to clean. But nobody came till we left and we stayed for four days. Even no one was came to our room for room service, cleaning, replace coffee or sugar supplies during four days of stay. I expect my coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, shape and conditioner to be replace if I am staying for four days. Everyday, I had to visit the front dest ask for these stuffs. Second, I heard people talking in ext rom and lobby all the times. Some of them were really loud. I wish they respect the privacy of other travelers and speak little gently, but we can't control everyone. On the other hand, hotel can take care of it and install some good insulators to cancel the noise.

Our recent stay at the property was decent overall. While the location wasn't ideal and the value for money was average, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The staff were friendly but could have been more attentive. The facilities provided were satisfactory, although nothing exceptional. Despite its shortcomings, we had a fairly comfortable stay.

The quallity for the room is very good but I went the the power was of for half a day, no light what so ever. I can not refund from agoda so I had to stay for the night, I wish that agoda do refund if it is emergency, because I was very tired but we don't have place to stay other that .
Great overnight near EWR”
I just needed a place to stay when I got stuck at EWR airport and with their free shuttle, this hotel fit the bill.

This is an older hotel but it is conveniently located near the airport. The lobby looks old but the rooms have been renovated. They are very spacious and clean. Downside is the sleeper sofa is super old and squeaks. It's not comfy either. The breakfast is a full American buffet. Everything was good and hot. Downside is the breakfast lady telling at you for the breakfast ticket that we already have her and she forgot that we have her. Parking is small and limited. I would stay there again if I needed to catch a flight
