Great staff and location”
Second time in el nido what a great place. The hotel is in renovation but you dont really get all the dust and noise that come with it. Location is top, more quiet then staying lets say near the puka bar and at 3 minutes walk from the main street its hard to beat. Rooms are a bit old and dated but its still clean and the staff is great. The free breakfast is very good.

Cost-effective hotel”
Cost-effective hotel。With a family of five people, the room is huge compared with other hotels in the same price range。The waiter is very good，I forgot to book it for two days ，but the waiter helped reserve it. Thank you very much ，and hot showers（Many hotels in EI Nido don't have hot water）The beach is across from the hotel，there is also paid laundry service。I will book this hotel next time。

Pleasantly surprised ”
Under renovations and pretty ugly walking in. But it got good. The staff did an amazing job with the rooms they had. Free breakfast served to your room was great. For the price I highly recommend this place

3 storey property, construction is still on going at the time we checked in, so expect some dust all over the place. Room is spacious clean and with tv and a/c. Value for money for 900 pesos with free breakfast.

Room was spacious with a comfortable mattress. Although the TV signal was so weak, we're just lucky that our room was located near the internet router. Location is just near the restaurants, convenient stores, the beach and walking distance to the tour. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location!”
Located near the beach and walking distance to island hopping tours meeting point. It is also near restaurants amd convenient stores. Breakfast is good and served well. Unlimited coffee was a plus. Highly recommended!

Everything was okay except that currently it's beside an on-going construction. So it's a bit dusty and the hotel front is not noticeable. But overall, our stay was satisfactory.

I've rated 3 stars for the facilities as the hotel was under renovation during our stay. There was an on-going construction on the 3rd floor and we are located on the 2nd floor. But all in all the facility are Good and kudos to all the accommodating staffs! I don't remember the name of the guy who've always assist us but thank you so much for assisting us! :)

Feels like home ”
Pros: - We arrived at 2am and there's still reception who accomodate us. 24H RECEPTION IS LEGIT! LOL - They serve breakfast on time. (We requested 7:30, and it was served sharp 7:30) - Free use of billiard table - Breakfast is good! - Room is still cold even if aircon is already turned off. (On our first night, we arrived at 2am and it happens that there's a electrical black-out, generator only supports fan, tv and lights) Cons: - so much mosquitoes outside the room - Cabinets are quite old already

When we arrived, it was kind of messy outside with all the construction going on, plus they have some sort of construction supplies deal at the front. However, when we got inside, it was alright. The room was spacious, it had 2 big beds, 2 tables, a big closet, a tv, an aircon, a fan for additional air. The staff were also very accomodating. We had to check out at 12 nn but we still had a tour to go to. They allowed us to leave our things and even allowed us to use the shower in one of the rooms when we got back. All in all, we had a good experience at Big Creek Mansion :) Will definitely recommend for those who are not too maselan :D The room was clean and spacious. That's good enough for me :)

Its a few walk to the beach easy to go the main street Market is one ride by trycicle .Breakfast includes at the rate and its quite good .Door Lock is broken in the toilet pls Fix it not good i was lock inside .Pls clean very well also the cafe stand is dirty

Accomodating and nice staff”
Breakfast was nice. Served on time as requested. Location is very accessible to restos and shops. However, there's an ongoing construction of the place. Overall experience was good.

The place is hidden away and not sign posted - you might need to ask for directions. There’s ongoing construction which feels weird for a hotel but it was on an upper floor so not too inconvenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was hot running water, working aircon, and a toilet with a flush. We wanted a room to sleep in, close to the beach, and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. That’s what we got. Bring your mosquito repellent.

Budget Accommodation ”
No sign of hotel entrance. You'll be surprised at the entrance since you will passed by a construction site. There was cockroach in the cr. But since this is a budget accomodation, you don't really have to expect high for this.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!”
Nice room, decent breakfast, and good location. But the site is under heavy construction, a while top floor is being added. And a new major hotel is being built right next door, which, btw, now blocks the ocean view that the listing still misleadingly shows. Everything is filthy dirty, the staff was surly half the time, and there are few if any amenities. However, its plusses may outweigh the negatives, as it ended up for us. We were ready to walk right out upon arrival, but reasonably priced alternatives didn't exist...and we ended up just living with the significant issues.

Too noisy ”
The room is fine and clean. Staff is ok. But room is too noisy. Was no way to sleep at night. Lot of constructions going on near the hotel until late into the night. The generator is to lout.

Good Hotel in El Nido”
El Nido is very expensive and this is quite a nice hotel. Breakfast was served in time which is very rare so I'm quite happy about it. All good in the inside but the outside is just weird. haha
