Overall, very nice. People shouldn't be allowed to fish on the little bridges connecting the rooms to the resort area. It made it difficult for us to move our stuff in and out.

I asked to pick up at the train station,they did well for me. Fascility are new. Location is the other side of the station, but they wait for me at the Nam Tok.And very quiet exept river water flow noise.

Massive room with outdoor bathtub. Big screen to enjoy Netflix during stay. Recommended for November because the river will be clearer.

Great River Villas”

We visited Binlha amidst the pandemic in Thailand. The reception area is clean and presentable. Alcohol/sanitizers are readily available. However, upon our arrival, and every single time we came back to the hotel, our temperature was not checked. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel serves good Thai food that are priced reasonably. Despite the pandemic, the menu is not limited. All the items we ordered are always available. The wait staff on the other hand is limited. Most of the wait staff are also the hotel staff. Thus, they are doing multiple tasks at the same time. It was quite difficult to call the staff for the bill or any additional orders. This is not something to be concerned about due to the pandemic. For some who are particular about wait service, then this is something you have to note. There were only four (4) breakfast choices. They have mini-breakfast buffet composed of bread, cereal, coffee and tea, porridge, and fruits. On our second day, we came to breakfast around 8:30 am. The fruits were almost finished, and they didn't bring out a new plate anymore. The room is spacious and clean. There were robes and a lot of towels available. A Nespresso machine was also available and a good amount of free snacks were also given. The room has a huge LG smart TV but the position was awkward: it is difficult to see the TV while lying down on the bed. Although there is Netflix app installed, we had to login our own account in order to make it work. We also enjoyed the hot tub. If you want a romantic weekend, this will be a good place to stay in. You will get more than what you paid for!

RAFT RESORT”

This was a great experience, service is top class and the superior room we stayed in was fantastic, from the comfortable bed to the bathroom, to the awesome view. The price was unbelievably affordable and even the prices for the extras like the river cruise was very reasonable and well worth it. The location is perfect for other things to do as well. We loved it there and would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed in Grand deluxe room; nice, well-decorated and clean (a little off paint on the ceiling, but not that of a big deal.) . All the staffs are nice and lovely.

Nice place to relax ”

We were impressed by staffs on arrival Very polite and informative. Because we arrived in the evening so we decided to walk around the property. We love their varieties of mango trees surrounded by community and mountains. We relaxed on the raft in front of our balcony nothing to do just listen to the natures and river. Unfortunately, the tide is too strong for swimming here and smoke was quite bad. Anyway, we tried dinner there and it was so delicious with reasonable prices.

Spa bath sounded good but not enough hot water to fill.plug not work so could not empty bath also was lose on mountings . breakfast had to order night before then received basic breakfast again poor. Orded mushroom or vegetable omelette got egg omelette !

Nice place”

Beautiful, Nice place just by the river, it’s secluded. Alot of activities and friendly staff Few small bugs as expected as its in the jungle...nonetheless would definitely come again.

Relaxing location with great potential”

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the family rafts and the room was very nicely equipped and very clean. The location of the resort on the river is just beautiful. Hanging out on the terrace directly on the water was fantastic. Nevertheless, the price value ratio is not really optimal. The property is not kept in a state that would reflect the price point for the rooms (the garden was being "revamped" while wer were there and was for the two days in disarray, the hand towels in the lobby bathroom so dirty, you could plainly see the stains and were not changed during our stay. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, but the restaurant meals offered are definitely overpriced for the location and the tours offered by the hotel also incredibly expensive for what they are. One option we were missing was a reasonably priced car service for dinners outside of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, but spoke very poor English. Beautiful location with great potential, but needs some attention
