The staff is friendly and helpful. You are charge of cleaning your own room and you need to ask for fresh towels and water. Room is different than pictures and really dark. Location is great if you are full moon party but to explore island you need to rent bike or car and drive is long.

Asked 250 baths because I check in late. But nobody in all hotel...so close the price for one night more...

Great staff and location, close to pier and far enuff away from noise, no maid service and foam mattress on beds, my back is still sore, rooms a little dated

Great location, nice swimming pool”
Extremely expensive stay during a ful moon party, great location in a quiet Part of had rin beach but only 5 min walk to a party scene. Extremely noisy neighbors who played loud music day and night

Nice pool”
I stayed here for 13 nights, during that time I only had my room cleaned once and I had to wait a day after asking for it to be done. The pool is lovely and free if you stay in the guesthouse. There are only 4 wooden sun loungers and no cushions so they are hard to lie on. The AC works well, the TVs have a few English channels and the fridge worked. In room safes good. Good location 5 minutes walk to Chicken Corner. It's an ok place to stay for the money.

great hotel, amazing location”
Such a good location, 5mins walk to full moon beach but not at all noisy. Close to all the bars, restaurants and the pier. Great wifi. Staff are lovely. Have stayed here 3 times and never disappointed!

Well located and clean”
It's a nice clean quiet place. Main benefit is that it is very well located in haad rin, short walking distance to everything yet far enough away that you don't hear the partying on sunrise beach.

nice rooms but pricey and rude staff”
This place is an ok place to stay, the rooms are fairly nice and its in a convienent location for full moon. However compared to other places this is definately on the expensive side. There is also no swimming pool and the beach is unusable due to boats being moored there and the fact the water comes right up to the retaining wall. We stayed here for 5 nights and never had once had our room cleaned we also had our towels changed only once and got yelled out by the male owner for making them dirty. We also had him come into our bungalow and yell at us for using our conditioning even though we were paying for an air conditioned room. All in all this place is ok but unless you're desperate I wouldn't stay here there are much nicer places around.

Clean and quiet”
myself and 2 girlfriends stayed here while on the island. the room are pretty small but are clean. there is free wifi however it is provided by using 1 hour passwords. we found this super annoying because we would have to keep going down to get new ones from reception and sign for them everytime. once reception was closed we could not get new passwords and therefore had no wifi. you are responsible for bringing down your own towels and getting your own new toilet paper and water everyday, there is no housecleaning. it is a little bit far from the main beach about a 10-15ish minute walk...which sucks if you forget something. overall it worked for us.

it is nice accomodation. but not a hotel, like a apartment. there is no service like a hotel(daily cleaning). if you stay like your home,it is a good choice.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement placé et donnant sur la mer. La patronne est très gentil, l'environnement est calme, un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Good place in Haad Rin! ”
Good location near the pier and around 10mn from Haad Rin beach. Nice room, with balcony. Nice pool right on the beach. Quiet place.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à environ 2 minutes à pied du petit centre-ville. À environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied de la plage du Full Moon party, donc parfait pour être juste assez loin du bruit, mais reste très accessible. L'hôtel est très propre. Chambre assez grande. Beau balcon avec un hamac. La piscine est super aussi, très propre et belle vue sur la plage. Hôtel parfait si vous voulez aller fêter à Haad Rin mais revenir à l'hôtel et dormir paisiblement, sans bruit !

Das Zimmer war abartig heiß sobald man die Klimaanlage ausgeschalten hat. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich und für alles werden Strafen erhoben.

Top Kreisleitung gute Lage!”
Wir waren 4 Nächte im Black ans whith. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal hilfsbereit und nett. Die Lage is sehr gut. Bis zum großen Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die muss man allerdings auch gegen.der Strand am Hotel ist nicht zum baden geeignet. Nichts desto trotz war es schön dort ruhig und chillig. (Ruhig wenn die Baustelle vor der Tür nich lärmt) Wir würden wieder dort einchecken!
