عباره عن فلل وكل فله فيها مسبح خاص وغرفتين وبعضها غرفه وحده مع مطبخ وحمامين الله يكرمك واما من ناحيت النظافة نظيف واما من ناحيت خصوصه نعم خصوصيه واما من ناحيت حشرات وبعوض نعم فطبيعي يكون مليء بالحشرات لانه وسط الغابه واما من ناحيت الموقع فهو بعيد عن الفعاليات واما من ناحيت الهدوء فنعم هادئ جدا واما من ناحيت الاسعار الفلل يميل للغلاء واما من ناحيت الافطار الاصناف قليله وبمعنى انا المنتجع بسيط جدا وفلل تستحق التجربه واتمنى لكم راحه البال وسعت الصدر ..

Good Villa but can be better”
We reached the villa via one way free airport shuttle provided by the boutique resort. It was a grand VIP van. The other way was chargeable by 600bht. We were received by the receptionist Ops. He is very welcoming and goes the extra mile in taking care of his guests compared to the other two female receptionists. Our Villa was number 3. The villa was huge with 1 bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom. The living room also had bathroom. Both toilets had bidet. The kitchen consisted of microwave oven, convention oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and basic pan, pot, plates, cutleries with scrub and washing soap available. They also provided a hanging rack for your clothes. The soaps provided were very fragrant and toiletries were sufficient and topped up on a daily basis. 2 free water bottles were provided on a daily basis with towels. They also had daily housekeeping staffs coming to clean the villa and the pool. They have in-house massage and chauffeuring to certain places (of course you have to pay). Their menu is not very extensive and they only have cakes for desserts. Amenities like gym, bar and pool table was there. Other than that there was no restaurants that was of walking distance. For the bad side, Our villa had special zoo effects. Every night we can hear dogs howling and barking like mad throughout the night and some random animal making alot of noise which made it super hard to sleep. But the villa cannot do anything about it because behind the villa is a public area. On our first day, the air con in the room was spoilt. Upon request, we were given a standing fan which was of good quality and it was personally carried to our Villa by our favourite receptionist, Ops. The next day, after coming back from our trip, the staff made the effort and the AC was repaired and even Ops called to ask if it is working well. Its a really great from the staff to do this where i doubt in other villas, they may just leave you with the fan and not resolve the issue. The TV also had some issue and they immediately called someone to rectify the issue. In contrast, they have also mixed up our food order and have apologised and replaced it when requested. We also tried the massage provided which was thai oil massage for 600bht per person. The masseuse will do it in your room. Which is actually a horrible idea because the bed is not firm and its very bouncy! No calming music was played. They just spread their own bedsheet, on their timer and used the villa's towels on us. Intially, my wife and i thought that they are spreading the oil gently before delving deep into the massage. But that was how they were doing the massage! We had to explicitly tell them to press harder and it was an unpleasant experience because they were talking in thai and were always giggling at something and we cant help to think it was about us.. We didnt even feel relaxed after the massage. So, the customer service for this villa is excellent, but they should do something about the noise and providing the correct food requested for. Ops is a highly recommended receptionist. Overall i would rate 6.5/10 for this villa and majority of the rating was because of Ops, who was really great in his service.

Stayed here for 5 nights after seeing all the rave reviews about this place. Villa is clean and pretty but they seriously need to work on their customer service. We rented a car for one day (24 hours) for 500 bhat. However, we returned about 6 hours earlier. In the evening we decided to make a short trip to 7 11 and asked if we could have the key again as its within our booking hours However we were asked to pay 300 bhat to borrow again for 5 hours. Very ridiculous! Also we had no choice but to borrow again. When returned the staff checked and said everything was OK. We then went back to the villa to pack and sleep. I called the reception to request for driver tmr. Then the reception said the fuel bar wasn't full. This was 20 min after returning the car. We had to go back to the reception and we tried to negotiate if can let it slide as the previous day the fuel bar wasn't full when we borrowed but we returned full bar out of GOODWILL. The staff did not agree and we had go out in the heavy rain looking for petrol kiosk at 9pm when everything was closing. We were very upset about this whole incident. If u are looking for warm hospitality don't stay here. Its all about money here.

The location would not be to everyone's taste. It is off the beaten track, although very convenient for the international airport. But there are plenty of places to go that can be booked from the front desk, including free transits to certain destinations. The private pool villas are amazing - really spacious and luxurious. The only slight issue is that the "games room" is a bit sparse. A bit more investment in that is warranted, I think. There is basically a bar and a pool table. The staff are very nice - warm and helpful
