Great Stay”
We stayed at the boatyard for a couple of night. The location is superb, right in the middle of the most beautiful area of Fort Kochi. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the food was great. Hotel room was spectacular with colonial decor and cleanliness matched only by other 5 stars. In short, we had a great time and would visit again if possible.
Traditional yet Modern ”
Located bang on the sea, Brunton Boatyard provides a magical ambience mixing the traditional touch of ethnic Kerala architecture with modern facilities. The rooms are neat and tidy. Hospitality is top notch. The complimentary sunset cruise is amazing.
Business with leisure ”
This was our 2nd stay at a CGH property after Wayanad. Pros-Good location, good food. Cons inefficient housekeeping, room was not made up properly. Despite phone calls, room supply of regular items was not replenished. Language issues happened and the housekeeping could have asked people understanding hindi or English to call back, which never happened. Restaurant waiter forgot to add our bill.. However he them directly contacted us to pay the bill and provided his personal number. Hotel payment I'd was provided after a request. So guest phone number was shared with hotel staff which should not have happened. Slightly disappointed with CGH this time.
Great stay in fort kochi ”
We had a lovely chilled 2 night stay at Brunton Boatyard. The hotel was very nice, interesting history and clean. The staff were very attentive, friendly and always wanting to do their best for you. The food was very nice we ate in the history restaurant and the Kerala food was so nice. The complimentary boat trip was good watching the amazing sunset over the fishing nets Thank you
