Thank you Busara Hotel for making our holiday trip comfortable. The hotel is well placed - a good walking distance to some famous landmarks; it’s clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you N’ Fort and P’ Bob for making our breakfast everyday. Hope to see you next time.

The room was very clean and tidy. The receptionist was nice but not around. You have to call the receptionist to talk face to face. But you really will not need to anyway. They were always available on WhatsApp for any queries I had. I checked out really early in the morning before the sun came up. It was a very smooth process even with no staff present. So, you really do get 24 hours front desk service without staff being physically present. overall, I liked my stay and would recommend the hotel.

Makes sense why it was so cheap to book. The door lock felt so flimsy that it didn’t feel secure. There was a crack on my door so I was able to see outside if I stuck my eye close enough. I didn’t feel like I had any privacy because the back window was facing an adjacent residential building. You can always hear someone going in and out of their room. You’ll always let a mosquito in your room too. The main entrance is locked and you have to scan with keycard to get it, but you have to rely on others to keep it closed. There’s no staff at the lobby, you contact them through WeChat. I only stayed one night and checked out early because I didn’t feel safe. I mean staff was nice. Biggy was very comforting but as a solo traveler, I didn’t feel secure or comfortable. I went to Marigold Lanna after and it was a big difference. Staff were there until 9pm and then had security guard overnight, I was surprised. And the breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, fruits and toast. It was basic. Don’t expect a buffet style breakfast. It’s just a little homestay in my opinion. Good for younger crowds tryna save money

Hotel doesn’t have staff on site 24/7, however Biggy who staffs the B House hotel down the street is just a call away. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and bright. Small patio were a nice touch. Would recommend this spot to those who have been to Chiangmai before and need minimal assistance from hotel staff. Felt like living in an apartment at times but I would come back. Only thing missing in my opinion is a pool.

Only stayed one night but it was gret. The room is spaceful, tasry break fakt, the only uncomfortable thung was there is no Eleanor but it is managable with backpack2. The owner even tried to arrange for us transport for Pai which we appriciatedwery much.
