الفندق الشك ان يتاخر بشكل مو طبيعي حضرت الساعه 10 صباحا ودخلت الساعه 3 عصراً تعامل الموضفين سي وزحمه في اللوبي لايوجد اي اغراض داخل الغرفه ( كوفي ، سكر ، ....) الاثاث قديم

I LOVE IT HERE!”
We stayed at the superior room for 2 nights. I loved the room it was very clean, comfy and spacious! The superior room could fit up to 4 people, not sure if they charge extra though. The beach was very clean, they have beach towels that you can borrow for free. I also loved the pool, it was very big and clean. Although there were a lot of guests during our stay, the pool did not feel crowded. They also had a lot of food choices which are very affordable. The Island Cafe offers buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's also outdoor dining, where they offer grilled food during dinner. Japanese food are also available there, we weren't able to try it though. But my favorite among this is the small coconut stall which sells coconut juice and their VERY DELICIOUS BIBINGKA! Food and drinks are prohibited, including chips and snacks. They check the bags before entering the hotel, just something to keep in mind. Overall, I love this place and will be coming back!

Such a pleasant and memorable stay.”
The genuine friendly service of the staff made this trip experience outstanding for us. Although some items in the bedroom (i.e. closet cabinet, bathtub, personal refrigerator, etc.) needed some refurbishing; the aircon needed much cleaning; and some areas leading to the lower level pool area, restaurant/dining need a bit of renovating and heavy cleaning/deodorizing, everything was functional and tolerable. The amenities are nice and makes the stay memorable. The pleasant sunset watching, dinner by the pool (grilling station) with Fire Dancers were also nice. But if i may just suggest for the restaurant to: 1. add more grilling stations so waiting time isn't too long; & 2. place prices for the menu offerings Overall, it was a memorable stay and we will definitely come back. We have already told our friends that Canyon Cove is a great place to go to.

Highly recommend this beach resort 😊🏖️ Super linis ng place.. Ng beach.. At lalo ng room ☺️ 2 days and 1 night kmi ng husband ko dito and grabe.. Sulit n sulit bawat sigundo oras kahit pa my bagyo. Maulan.. Mganda paden ang view.. About sa room nag pareserve lng kami sa agoda apps, dun n mismo kami nagbayad worth 3451 if im not mistaken,nagbayad kami 2wks before ng date... 😊 And take note ung room grabe ang ganda, cguro kahit 6 na tao kakasya dun.. Kumpleto gamit.,fully air-conditioned my towels, shampoo, toothbrush,toothpaste, handwash lhat na halos ng kailangan mo andun na. My free coffee pa.. My hair drier.. And small refrigerator, yes. Meron dn s room nyan. My tv din sympre, my safety deposit box din. Damit pamalit nlng dadalhin mo at sarili mo sympre.. Yun nga lang nakakabitin ung 2days and 1 night, haha but super worth it naman.. Babalik pa kami dito for sure 😊 and guys super duper babait ng mga staff nila dun.. And about nga pla ung breakfast namin buffet..

Can be recommended to friends and families”
Very friendly staff, pool and beach were well maintained. Would suggest to make check in time to be earlier or be given earlier than 2-3pm if already available to guests especially when accommodation is to be given to senior citizens and pregnant women who can make it comfortable for them. It is understandable if fully booked and previous guests have not checked out yet - but if rooms are ready and available, hopefully they will reconsider not waiting till 3pm.

Overall the place was really nice and clean. But the only concern we had was when i was looking at the offer it says free wifi in rooms and check out time will be 12:00nn. as we arrived the location and try to check in, we are informed that check out time was only untill 11:00 am and wifi is only at,the lobby. i think this one needs to be evaluated because this are part if the offers for the amount that we paid.

Rooms- old but clean and spacious. Very nice view of the beach and pool. family/kid friendly. The location of the day bed is safe for crawling baby. So happy to see that they are doing something to maintain the place. Repainting/repairing in a discreet way and by sections. Looking forward to see the rooms renovated/updated and to stay in the newer building/new room. Highly commendable staff from the guards at the gate, receptionists in the lobby, restaurant staff, bell boys. to all the staff, thank you for the smiles and for being courteous. Our check-in and out was smooth and fast. Food - breakfast buffet is ok. Enjoyed the omelet, bread choices and fruits. I like the unlimited brewed coffee. We all enjoyed the clear and clean beach. Will definitely be back here. Stayed Feb12-14,2019 with a 1 y/o baby and a 7y/0 kid.

Fast Reservation but poor front office assistance”
👍 to Agoda, efficient for our sudden same day booking, fast and hassle free confirmation. 👍 to Gate security, courteous and helpful. 👍 to Female Reservation staff, greeted us with a smile and knew her job. 👎👎👎But wait my husband just came from the parking and asked help from a front office male with a 2 way radio beside the girl who assisted me in the front desk. Our car keys was left inside, and to our surprise, the male replied we cant assist you, just call a locksmith outside. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!😡 👍to the maintenance staff around the parking area, they all assisted us and were able to open the door. The male at the front office should be reassigned to the beach area to clean out all the seaweeds floating in the water 😂😂😂 Overall, I love the this hotel resort 👍 relaxing 👍 good food 👍 room spacious 👍 clean (in & out) 👍 good staff 👍 instagramable

Well worth the stay”
The property was very well maintained, the staff very friendly and courteous, the accommodations were very comfortable and offered a beautiful beach view...the nightly cookout was a little pricey for what was offered but otherwise wonderful with a great fire dancing show each night.

Relaxing Place for Families”
The overall cleanliness of the place is really something the resort should brag about. You won't see any trash lying around. They even mop the walkways! They're really maintaining it well! The Superior room is enough for a family of three! Loved the bed beside the window. They also have a towel rack in the balcony. The grilling station is available during dinner time which is a good option. They also have a Japanese restaurant that has a reasonable price. We loved everything about the place! If there's one thing we want to improve, it's going to be the WiFi coverage inside the rooms. WiFi is only available at the lobby. You can use your LTE/data coverage when you're in the pool/beach area but when you go to your room it's really challenging. I hope they can improve this (or at least the signal).

The place was worth it! The rooms are big and clean, so as the whole place. I just want to acknowledge the night shift receptionist because she was very accomodating, though I wasn't able to ask for her name. What is off is their staff during day time, there are like 2 receptionists and seems like they are not that pleasing to talk with. The head security guard during day time was also strict, what's worst when we were about to enter the hotel, he told us that "food is not allowed, only water. but if you want, we can sneak what you brought, but at least give me a tip" that was actually said in tagalog. Like what?! I even asked him if there is corkage, but answered me that there's none, sooo, with that being said, food is really allowed because if not, why isn't there any corkage, right?. So what me and my partner did, we just let that guard end his shift and took all that we brought in our room during the night.

We love the place that's why we returned and booked another stay. Everything remains to be pleasant especially the pool. We just didn't find our last stay comfortable because of the room airconditioning system. We had it reported several times to the reception and to the manager upon check-out. Other than that, the stay was relaxing.

That had all the thing one would need for a weekend getaway. Even better if the check-in process could have been more efficient which could have meant slow turn overs by the cleaners.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, We love our stay in this resort very much. Relaxing and very enjoyable place to stay. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation, especially the pool, the beach and as well as the rooms where we stay, with perfect view. The Resort Manager is very accomodating, he assist us in our stay and he make our stay memorable.

Perfect resort all in all”
This is best resort I've been so far. Actually it is our second time here. The first time (Feb 2017) was we are with group of friends and the second one, the latest one (July 2019) was we were with our little one (1 year old). Still the resort is well maintained. The views and rooms still great. The pool and the beach is still clean. The room is still clean and the food is still delicious (just a bit pricey). All in all this is recommended one stop resort where you can have pool and beach and great stay in one.

Very nice place”
We stayed two nights in October and enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel lobby, grounds and pool are beautiful. Loved the sunsets! They had Fire Dance each night with a grilling station set up in the patio which was nice. Fish was a little pricey. The pool is great. The breakfast buffet was good too. We ate at the restaurant twice for late lunch and the portions were huge. Definitely share! We sat at the beach, enjoyed lounging there with drinks. Nice bar by the pool. And finally the Bibinka was absolutely delicious. Freshly made on the patio. Don’t miss it. The staff was excellent as well. They had promos available so definitely look into that before booking your stay. Also checking in there can be a line so be prepared for that. It’s a great getaway close to Manila

Staff efficient, smart & attentive”
This resort is run very well. Good clean beach & pool, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are well-trained and efficient. Value for money resort near Tagaytay.
