The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. There is an extra cleaning fee of EUR 53.46 for guests staying less than 14 days. Heating and air conditioning carry an extra charge. A usage deposit is required with the booking, and any usage is deducted from this and the balance returned. A 20% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
