Beautiful! Heaven on Earth”
BEAUTIFUL!!! HEAVEN ON EARTH I had the pleasure of staying at the best resort I have ever stayed in. We were there for 3 nights and it was worth it. The resort is very well managed and maintained and would definitely come back and refer everyone to visit this place. The staff were the best, the place was the best too, I never thought you could have everything all in one but I guess you can in Cauayan. JB our pick up and drop off person to and from the airport was one of the nicest human being. We did the one of the tours with the resort and OMG, we got the a VIP treatment from the music on the boat, food served (fresh) and the snorkelling tricks and shows done by Jeremiah and David (I think). The restaurant servers were also great, especially Mercy, her customer service is great, not only does she have the knowledge but she has the heart of someone who cares for customer satisfaction. We saw the owner of the resort, who seemed very down to earth. I believe that the staff are the best they can be because of its owner, so thank you. The only area where we felt has room for improvement is the food. The food was great and all but there is a bit of room for improvement. The staff – no room for improvement because they are simply just the best. So to the owner of the Cauayan Resort and its beautiful and warm hearted staff, we thank you for the memorable 3 nights we had. We were only in the Philippines for 12 days and did not regret staying at your resort for all those 3 nights. Oh lastly, the massage area was too beautiful, you can see fish and baby shark swimming while we were having our massages…. OMG such a beautiful experience. Thanks again, Christlane & Mannu

Phenomenal Experience - Can't wait to go back”
WOW - what an amazing vacation! Everything from the pickup in El Nido to the reception, the food and accommodating my gluten-free needs, the pool, beach and views, the staff - every single thing was top-notch. We stayed in an over-the-water cabana and it was 5-star - the bed was very comfortable, the shower always had hot water, the outdoor shower was perfect - the deck loungers were a great way to welcome the day and end the night. We could have watched movies, but never used the TV. The bluetooth speaker was a nice touch! All the staff was incredible! I cannot thank the chefs enough for ensuring I could eat - and all the meals were delicious! We ventured on an island-hoping tour led by Clent and Ian - it was an unforgettable day. From Joey the bartender who made my favorite drink, to Joe, Randy, Mark, Aya , & JB! All were so kind. The spa experience was perfect! The location is remote and the WiFi is fast! We can't wait to go back!

Absolute Dream!”
We felt like we were so secluded on this private island. It was amazing! If you’re looking to unplug from the world, this is the right place to do it. Since their WiFi isn’t that great, they supply all their guests with so many other activities. It totally sparks romance if you’re traveling with your partner. Must do’s: 1. 530am Sunrise hike (take the hard trail) it’s thrilling, you have to climb up limestone rocks, but well worth it for the view. 2. Kayak to a small beach 15 min to the right of the resort. Snorkeling here is amazing too. You’ll be completely secluded on this beach over there it’s crazy! 3. Do any of theirisland tours Breakfast is included every morning of your stay, and it’s delicious! Choose anything off the menu that morning. You have to try the Cauayan Cooler ;) Dinner is impeccable and so fresh. Reccomend trying anything they catch fresh that day. Service is top notch and absolutely genuine. They want to help you and make your stay absolutely fabulous!

Everything in this resort is perfect. The staff is just perfect helpful and nice. beautiful beach with the best snorkling site in El Nido (much better then tour a,b,c,d). The food is very good with alot of options for vegeterian and vegan and the chef will do everything to make you happy. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Free snorkling equipment and kyak.

Beautiful resort with amazing service”
One of the best luxury hotels we have stayed at. Beautiful property with the staff to match. Unparalleled service! Clean rooms, great food (only 1 restaurant on the island). Only things to note is there are very specific transport times to and from the island which change slightly daily, therefore if you have a late flight or transport getting in it can be difficult. Also because it’s a remote island and they do not have phone lines, communication is via WhatsApp. They are very fast to respond on WhatsApp but until you reach the island, communication can be challenging. I recommend asking for the WhatsApp number after booking if you have any questions.

The resort is amazing. We stayed in the Water villa and the sound of the waves at night was enough to send me to sleep in a minute . It was so relaxing. The staff were exceptional. I could not rate the attention to detail enough. The food was beautiful with a mix of pasta, pizza and Filipino food. It was beautiful. I would highly recommend the Cauayan Resort and the next time I'm in the Philippines. I will be back. Thank you guys for making it so memorable. We also booked a Big Lagoon excursion which was pricey but had a lovely lunch and the boat to ourselves. It was worth it

Speechless... The place located on a private island. We stayed 2 nights on villa water which had an incredible view of the lagoon, they thought about everything until the smallest details! Cleaning the rooms and the accessories, the food in the restaurant, the hotel staff and the personal attention to the hotel facilities and the highest level attractions! At the hotel you can meet beach turtles and whale sharks while making massage, the hotel maintains a perfect balance between nature and the luxury it offers!

Of course the scenery and the beauty of El Nido, Palawan is just amazing but the staff is outstanding! And so is the food! The villas are so clean and comfortable. You want a laid back but luxurious experience — this is it!!!

Perfect for those romantic getaways! Pricey but avail their tour packages! Worth the money. The staff are super nice and the place is just gorgeous! Their food is great! We stayed at the Water Villa and request for the room 1 if you want the best view in the Water Villa. We highly recommend this place and for sure we'll be coming back next year with our families.

Honeymoon Bliss ”
Fabulous experience from start to finish! We were picked up from El Nido airport via van & taken to the resorts private boat. From there we took the 15 min boat ride to the resort island. Would highly reccomend the beach front villas as they catch the breeze from the sea. All food & options were great, fab cocktails & drinks. Service from all staff was second to none! Would highly recommend this resort as it truly is paradise!

Cauayan Island resorts is one of the best resorts in the world!!!! Everything is so special and fantastic. All staff were so kindly and their hospitality was so high level. And Island hopping tour was extremely good:) Also the dishes and drinking were nice ,too. We want to go there soon!! We miss them!

Perfect stay for a few days to relax”
Hotel tranfer is for free but only to specific times between 9am and 2:30pm, otherwise you will be charged. It was also difficult to get in contact with the hotel to organize the transfer. So better arrange it early. The stuff of the hotel is extremly friendly and helpful. Also the location and the facilities are exceptional. The breakfast is very delicious and included in the room. The room has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable as also the lounge at the terrasse. All in all it was a perfect stay on our Honeymoon. Thank you very much!

Nice place to relax ”
Good place for couples if you want to get a memorable journey. The resort is away from the mainland thats why you can get a really peaceful environment. They have boat service if you want to go to the mainland also they provide some free activity and paid island hoping trip. All the staff there are super friendly

Very Well Thought out and Executed”
Frequently, you spend a lot of money at a resort and things don't line up exactly to what you have in mind. Cauayan did not have that problem at all. The staff took care of every detail once you got to the island and all you had to do was relax and enjoy.

beautiful resort, great staff, good food, a perfect villa with private pool overlooking Bacuit Bay and Cadlao Island. The rocky climb gives you a wide view of the island, try it out.

Beautiful atmosphere and surroundings. The staff were outstanding - friendly and attentive. The spa was world-class, with an amazing massage room. Incredible to have your back massaged while you look through the glass floor into the ocean wildlife below. Snorkeled with sea turtles everyday feet away from our beach villa porch. The activities (island hopping, scuba) were more than enough to keep us busy for a few days. Although there is only one restaurant, the menu was diversified and food was good. All of the above was reasonably priced. Expensive by Philippine standards, but cheap by the standards of most other countries. One of the best vacation decisions of all time.
