Calatorie in interes de serviciu”
Am clatorit in interes de serviciu si aveam nevoie de liniste si de pozitionarea hotelului cat mai favorabila mie. Am ales acest hotel raportat la aceste conditii si nu m-au dezamagit. Este bine pozitionat, aproape de gara, de tribunal, telegondola, centru comercial. Este curat, liniste, paturile comode si pretul bun raportat la conditiile oferite.
No restaurant, just a bar which offers food”
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 30 years. It has always been a reliable stop, with helpful staff, and a great restaurant. The restaurant is now closed, only doing special events. The Bar offers food, but is severely understaffed, so the food, as it is, comes out cold and at different times for each diner. The barman tried his best (makes great mixed drinks!), but he's not Superman. The broken pavement in front of the hotel also does not reflect well on the owners attitude. They have a little jewel ... but neglect it. Sad!

This is a hotel, built during communist years, which was refurbished a year ago, after being closed for a year. What that means is that the owners tried to put a square peg in a round hole. The small bathrooms are ... well ... still small, and without an exhaust fan (or even a box of Kleenex). The "double bed" is actually two single beds put together, but unanchored, so you may fall to the floor between the beds during the night. The rooms are cramped because the furniture is too large. The A/C, although functioning, goes in-and-out NOT based on temperature control. The food in the restaurant is, at best, second rate, and this is one of the best cooking areas in Romania (they couldn't find a good set of chefs?!?!). Worst of all is the staff, who, except for those in the Library Bar, couldn't care less about their guests, especially in the restaurant. In a nutshell, the hotel needs a new management who would better train their people, top to bottom.

Hotel Central Plaza Piatra Neamt”
Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Piatra Neamt, à proximité de nombreux commerces et attractions touristiques. Situé à 5 mn à pieds de la station de téléphérique et de la gare, à moins de 10 mn du théatre. Chambre familiale spacieuse avec 1 chambre séparée disposant d'un lit 1 personne, chaque chambre disposant d'une TV écran plat. Etablissement très bien tenu, chambre très propre et lits très confortables. Belle vue sur la ville, la station de téléphérique et les montagnes environnantes. Grand parking gratuit pour les clients et sécurisé au pieds de l'hôtel (il faut faire valider son ticket avant de partir). 2 bornes de recharges TESLA (11 kW) pour véhicules électriques avec câble de type 2 sont mises à disposition des clients gratuitement à l'entrée de l'établissement.
