Our Favorite Resort in this area”

We have been here a total of three times in the past two years to this beach; two times with the children and one time only me and my wife. The beach is very clean, the hotel is very quiet and staff are very friendly. The only downside is the facility as there is no proper gym or spa at this hotel.

Value fo Money”

Good value for your money. Very nice restaurant. Basic room with a reasonable quality bed. I thought the pool water was not balanced and made my eyes hurt. However overall good value for money in a good location.

Bungalow”

Four adults travelling together and the family units with two bedrooms and a lounge area was just perfect. Second visit to this hotel this year and it is good value for money and there are quite a lot of little attractions along the coastline if you like to get out and about. Chao Lao can be packed with tourist coaches on Thai holidays but otherwise I would describe it as empty, but those restaurants are obviously full at some point, so pick your dates if you like things on the quiet side.

Excellent hotel in a quiet beach”

We were a couple visiting on weekdays. As it was weekdays, there were only very few guests. The hotel staffs were very attentive, and the hotel was very quiet. The restaurant at the hotel serve excellent food at a reasonable price. There are also many good seafood restaurants just within walking distance of the hotel. Food price in the town is very cheap compared to other tourist destinations. Hotel offer free shuttle service to nearby popular destinations. Highly recommended. (This was our second time staying at this hotel. First time was with the family and kids)

Amazing Chaolao Tosang Beach Hotel !!!!”

We have been all over Thailand throughout the years but never to this part before. Such a peaceful area with amazingly long, clean beach and crystal clear water. Maybe too quiet for some but absolutely perfect for us. This resort is flawless in our opinion. From the moment you check until the day you leave; nothing but politeness and efficiency from all staff. This is one of the most well run resorts we have ever come across in the LOS and will have no hesitation in returning.

Great thai relaxation on the coast”

Great location. Very nice beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good wifi except in the dining area. You must have some kind of transportation to investigate the area. The hotel will help you with rental of motorbike. Not to many western tourists (good). Very good breakfast.

Great getaway”

We stayed 3 nights and just chilled, great beach, good pool, food affordable and tasty, staff very friendly. Would definitely return for another chilled few days. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for those seeking nightlife and thrills, it's a good hotel on a beach, that's all, but if that's what you're after, it's the place to go.

value for money”

Nice stay in a very quiet area not for those looking for nightlife but a quiet relaxing break.Choose the seafront cabins. The breakfast is superb if your asian. The usual rubbery ham and sausage for westerners. Potatoes, bacon and beans would improve the drab offering. otherwise no probs.. Take your own beer wine music and chill out to the peace and to the veiw. Clean sea, decent swimming pool.quiet after dinner.

Very nice ”

The staffs are really nice . They recommended us some good restaurants . We asked them about how to get to Cambodia , on the check- out date . They prepared all the information , the map and direction. The sea view room is really nice, private and clean.

Nice hotel on the beach, staff very helpful”

really enjoyed the lunch of seafood on the beach, we went about 800 meters to Chao loa beach and had a great time relaxing drinking and eating on the beach, The room was clean with an ocean view, the bathroom was good and the shower was great nice and hot, The room had coffee making facilities which was a bonus. The breakfast was buffet style and good many dishes to choose from but mostly Thai food. I think a little too expensive for the room The hotel has a good size carpark

Ocean front resort - beautiful scenery”

From the esort room, i can have a very beautiful view to the garden and ocean. Awesome sunset can be seen directly from my bed. The room is facing the west sun, so it is very hot inside the room during the day. Having an air con switched on throughout the day at temperature at its lowest 18 degC doesn't help to cool down the room at all. Having said that, i will still choose this resort as my choice of stay for the next time i visit this place.

We are visiting the hotel at least once a year. The hotel location is convenient on the beach with walking distance to some restaurants. We are visiting with car so we do not eat in the hotel. Staff are friendly. The beach front was destroyed by recent storms and they still need to fix the place. Breakfast is ok. All in all basic hotel that is giving an ok value to price - albeit little expansive for Thailand standard.

ในห้องยุงเยอะมาก โดนกัดทั้งคืนโดยเฉพาะเด็ก สงสารลูกมากนอนแทบไม่ได้เลย น้ำไหลเบามาก ท่อน้ำระบายน้ำได้ไม่ค่อยดี ในห้องไปไม่มัผ้าเช็ดตัววางไว้ให้ต้องโทร.ตาม พอแม่บ้านเอามาให้ถึงเพิ่งแจ้งว่าซักไม่ทัน ซึ่งควรจะแจ้งลูกค้าตั้งแต่แรกตอนเช็คอิน (แต่คาดว่าพนง.ที่เช็คอินไม่ทราบเลยไม่ได้แจ้ง) ไม่ควรต้องให้ลูกค้าโทร.ไปถามถึงของที่ไม่ครบ เพราะหากไม่ได้ทวงแล้วตอนเช็คเอ้าท์อาจีปัญหาเถียงกันได้ว่าต้องมีผ้าเช็ดตัวและเรียกเก็บเงินอีก (ในห้องมีป้ายรสคาวางไว้) ข้อดี พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส หาดหน้าโรงแรมสวย น้ำใส

A few more loungers would be nice and a more varied menu but a very nice beach decent Asian breakfast the omlett is very nice. Visited on a weekend so there were Thai tour groups so quite busy I would think it's a bit quieter on week days . Will return soon.

Spacious room and good locations ”

Specious room and good location- right there at the beach, good breakfast with various choices. We stayed 4 days 3 nights, the hotel served different breakfast every day also easy to get good restaurants near by.
