My experience was exceptionally great, there is ample parking, this place can be seen from the main street, the grounds are very well cared for and the building photo does not do justice to the actual beauty of the building. The staff are always friendly, pleasant and very assistive to any concerns you may have. The suite was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. There is a mini dining area available for meals, the cook and kitchen staff offer supreme service making any kind of Day a great start of the Day. This place is near to area shopping stores and a variety of eateries. My experience at this place was awesome and I enjoyed my stay very much, I do highly recommend.

Walking distance from Chinatown made it a great place to stay. It is an aging property that could use some upgrades. For the cheaper price compared to other newer and upgraded hotels, I was happy. Lighting in my bathroom was not very good and toilet bowl had a large crack in it (not leaking any water), but it was clean with everything I needed. Not many options for charging phones, etc as none of the furniture and lighting had built-in option but was fine for me. There was lots of free parking available on the property which is about a $50 savings per day. Bed was comfortable and whole room was clean. Small fridge worked just fine. No microwave in room, but I did not need one for my short stay. I was happy with the size of room and furniture for the price and basically loved the slight Historic aspect of the property. I would stay here again for that price.

The second best hotel to stay at in Chicago and the best bang for your buck. It's pretty out of the way if you're relying on public transport but they have a parking lot on site. The room was clean and I felt safe staying here.

Great location can get pretty pricey unless you find a great deal very easy to get around from this hotel the free parking is the biggest perk you find that in Chicago

Everything was great except for a few main items. Bathroom - The shower is made for the elderly and has a pull down seat to sit on while you clean yourself. Doesn’t sound bad until you realize you HAVE to use the shower head hand held and the water ends up running onto the bathroom floor because there is no lip on the edge of the shower to keep the water in. Parking- we luckily found a spot but there are two small parking lots around the property and there were a handful of people not able to find a spot and had to park down the street. Ac/Heating unit - If you are the person sleeping on the side where the unit is - prepare to wake up many times due to the “kick” of it turning on and the air blowing right into your face. All in all though - minor inconveniences. The price was well worth it.
