The male frontman was very kind, and I felt relieved by the conversation and response. I appreciate it. On the other hand, the hotel's social attitude is evident and I can understand it very well, but the small fixtures that would normally be found in a hotel of this rank were quite lacking, which I was dissatisfied about.

An easy-to-understand location in front of the station. If you request a bathtub, they will arrange a room with one. The rooms are simple and have a reasonably good size. The breakfast is also simple but delicious. I think it's the best cost-performance hotel.

It was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with a stylish design and a calm atmosphere. The staff was very kind and responded quickly to even the smallest requests. What impressed me the most was the abundance of breakfast options. There were many dishes made with local ingredients, and the variety was great, making it something to look forward to every day. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to tourist spots and the station, making transportation very smooth. I would definitely like to use this hotel again next time! I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff ( special mention to Sofia), clean and basic facilities, good location, well prepared breakfast and good sized rooms. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

a wonderful stay at this family-friendly apartment! The location is great—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night's rest. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it so convenient to prepare our own meals, especially with kids. It really felt like a home away from home. The hotel service was also impressive—friendly staff, prompt responses to requests, and the place was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. Transportation was a breeze, with the metro and bus stops just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The facility itself was clean and the room was spacious. Coffee was free. However, you always have to take a tram for 25 minutes round trip, and there aren't many trams late at night, so after viewing the night scenery at the central square, I got off and walked about 10 minutes on a dark road. The entrance path is dirt, making it a bit inconvenient to pull a suitcase. The bathroom is spacious, which is good.

انطباع حسن لأني قضيت جزءا من اليوم حيث كان علي ان أسافر في الصباح الباكر وان أخذ الحافلة بعد ساعتين من منتصف الليل للذهاب الى المطار

The location is very convenient indeed. But the hotel itself is very outdated and literally dirty. The floors are smelly and the carpets shabby. The interior of the rooms is old and poorly maintained. The dark wallpapers are falling apart and the room is filled with spider-webs and bugs. There were also lots of mosquitoes which kept me awake during my stay. I'm really surprised that the negative feedback is somehow covered up, and the place is rated so high. The 4 stars are also in no way corresponding to the facility, which is closer to the low end of 2 stars. Overall a negative experience.

There is a kettle, tea and coffee, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. There is no mineral water or refrigerator. The neighboring supermarket is open until 9 PM. The mirror is also large, but it is mounted high up, making it difficult for makeup application. The breakfast is not abundant and there are no elaborate dishes, but I think it has the essentials. I would like to use this place again because the location is good.

Great access right in front of Antwerp Central Station. There is a refrigerator. There was a Nespresso-like machine, but only hot water came out even after setting the capsule; is it defective? There are few power outlets, only one besides the built-in appliances. The room itself has enough space to open a suitcase, and the wash basin area is spacious. Perhaps because of the limited space for the rooms, the hallway was unusually narrow. There is an elevator, but the floor with the room required going up and down about 10 steps. The building shows its age, but it is well cleaned and tidy. The staff are generally friendly, though there are individual differences.

A convenient hotel. The room is needing updating. Shower curtains are very out of date. The cleanliness of the room was below average. On a better note, breakfast was good. A great choice of cooked foods such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages as well as the usual European offerings of breads, cheese and cold meats.

This is the standard of Radission Blu as compared to the one in Brussels. Toiletries and bedroom available upon request and the location is very good. Right smack beside bercham station

The room is big and great. All facilities are nice. Breakfast is good. I like the surroundings. It's about a 15-minute walk from Antwerp Central Station. Lots of brand shops are along the route.

All the staff at the hotel, the breakfast, the location, the price, everything was excellent. However, the triple room was smaller than expected. It seemed like they just added an extra bed to a double room. It was cramped for three adults to stay in.

The hotel is next to the central train station, making it just 30m away (by train) from BRU airport + 5 minute walk. Food choices in the area are plentiful, both in terms of variety of cuisine and also in terms of quantity of restaurants. On the other hand, the area around doesn't have a lot in terms of shopping opportunities but just 20m walk west there's a shopping district. This makes the hoel an affordable and well-connected choice, whilst if shopping is your priority I'd choose something else, or embrace walking around the city and enjoying the views. Staff was friendly overall and available to answer our concerns, but we found the wifi a bit lacking in terms of relaiability and speed. The TV in the room has a chromecast so at least we could watch what we liked from our phones.

Location is perfect, nice budget hotel, staffs were really kind and friendly. The ventilation of the rooms are poor but they provide with table fan when asked.

The place and the staff are really good. I enjoyed my stay here. It's clean, easily accessible facilities, etc. The only negative I could think of is the location. There are not many nearby stores, restaurants, etc., so you have to plan ahead of time to buy food and the stuff you need.

The check in is in Radisson Blu hotel across Park inn. The receptionist was really nice and considerate. I asked her if there is an elevator in Park inn, because I am pregnant and she said that we will be moved to Radisson where all the elevators are working. It was a nice gesture and she even congratulated me after knowing that I am pregnant. Upon check out, the man in the reception area was also nice and asked me about my stay. The staff was really great. The amenities were great! The pool was clean and warm, with a great view of the central station, the gym was fully equipped with ckean towels and free hot & cold water, the Sauna was also relaxing. There was also an elevator from the hotel entrance to the lobby, so it was easy for us to carry our luggage instead of usong the stairs. The room was also amazing there were a clean kettle, blower and iron in the room. The toom was also spacious and clean. The lobby looks chic and relaxing. The location of this hotel is the best feature. It is only adjacent the beautiful Antwerp Central station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy with your family in Antwerp. We will surely book again here next time.

The location is very good , not far from the metro or the public transportation, kind staff , lean room , but limited options on the breakfast Over all is very good 👍
