one staffer seemed lost when we needed things done from the front desk while others handled things superbly. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and the ability to watch nextflix.

This hotel is good for what you pay for. It’s clean, the staff is kind and helpful. The area is kind of different so I just watch my surroundings when we stay here. If you need a room for a night or 2 and want to save money this is a good spot.

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and hot water. Parking was convenient, and the facilities met all expectations, making the overall experience very enjoyable and worth the value.

Although dated, the hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is basically carbs (muffins, waffles, pastries, cold cereals, potatoes, sausage). But did have fruit and low-fat yogurt. Coffee was good (no decaf and no juices). Shuttle starts at 4 am, so if you need picking up from airport after midnight, you’ll need to get a taxi ($37) or uber. We parked our car there for 2weeks, but needed to use On Air Parking ($69).

Nice hotel. Close to airport with shuttle. Shops close by for groceries and food. Room clean and spacious. Would recommend

Very excellent choice for us. Staff, room and amenities surpassed our expectations. Simply put - great!

For the price, it was a really great value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Nice stay!

It was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's amenities were great, and it was very nice for walking around the area. It's a nice accommodation to use in Charlotte. I recommend this place over the one right next to Charlotte Airport.

In a convenient location close to the airport and they provide transportation which is a nice bonus

This was a very lovely stay for me and my Wife. They were very accommodating we booked online and they honored the online price with no fuss or issue. I would recommend them to anyone needed a couple of nights at a clean hotel in a safe area. There's a waffle house right next door

The location was nice right off the hwy. The room was cleaned one of light in the hall room did not work. The bed was cleaned. Checked in was quick. I didnt like the hall way to smell of weed maybe consider using Febreze so it smell nice. It had everything was we needed

The hotel will be much much better when renovations are completed. The entry was under construction with flooring, tools, etc in the entrance. Staff was accommodating and rooms were clean.

I couldn’t believe that they provided dinner, offered couple of drinks for free. Great surprise

I love staying at the sleepinn. The whole staff is the best, everyone at the front desk is awesome, miss lady that works in the breakfast is amazing and always makes sure everything is ready and available for everyone. Location is good convenient to all stores a d restaurants.

Great price, easy 24 hour shuttle and nice staff. Also good breakfast available. Room very good.

Room was clean All amenities worked Checkin was easy $50 hotel fee at checkin was returned in 2 days

Best hotel that I have visited in Charlotte. Drury hotel is the only one that I visited in Charlotte when I visited this city for my business trip. The facility is the best, the employees are the best, and the meal is the best. Fantastic hotel, and my next visit will also be here.

The hotel is in a good area, with a lot around it. It was very easy to check in, and out. The room was nice and look just like the picture. Nice and quiet, good for a getaway.

Overall, the hotel was perfect for a place to rest our heads for the night. Downside was being woken repeatedly by people coming and going with the room doors slamming outside the hall all night. Staff was great. They immediately resolved my issues of needing bathroom items refilled. However, I would likely choose an alternate location in the future due to the location not seeing the safest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy and provided a great night’s sleep, and I really appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the room well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Room was very clean but had a funny smell. Bed slept great. Room could use updating especially in bathroom.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities great. Comfortable bed, good sized rooms and amazing location with transport centre across the road, cool retro diner also across the road. The ONLY thing was having to put down $200USD as a hold for incidentials! This was a lot compared to other places I have stayed and its seems it will take days to clear back onto my card. At the end of a budget holiday, it is a lot! But I get it! And this was minor compared to the rest of the place which was perfect and would definitely stay again!

Airport shuttle was very convenient to and from. All the staff were very pleasant. Furniture was a bit older but room felt clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast starting 5:30AM was great to have before our flight and the food area was very modern and comfortable. Overall great value for money would stay again.

We had a great stay during our girls’ trip to Charlotte. From the moment we arrived, Gary at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, and professional. He made the check-in process easy and took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about the hotel, including the pool hours, fitness center, breakfast times, and other amenities. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated Gary’s friendly attitude and great customer service—it gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte!

Very convenient for a layover. There’s a shuttle service, breakfast included, and the rooms are spacious. Great value for money.

Good safe feeling location. Rooms were clean. Showers are sometimes hit and miss, and one of the washing machines doesn’t work well

Great room and nice breakfast. But there is no business center, computer is not available.
