Within walking distance from KOP mall, with good restaurants all around, the Crowne Plaza was great for a short stay. Had some issues with my room not being cleaned until very late during the first day (possibly because the hotel was very busy at the weekend) but the front desk was helpful to ensure it was done. The room had a good size to accommodate my two suitcases. The bed itself was large and comfortable. The shower was good (although would recommend them removing wallpaper in the bathrooms!). The hotel does not look super new / the design is quite dated. But it provides a comfortable good value stay - so who cares about dated carpet in the hall - I certainly don’t.

I was happy to see how nice the staff, the Hotel and the Rooms were! I would recommend this place to anyone looking!

I would highly recommend this to anyone. From the accommodating staff up front, to the attentive and extremely sweet housekeepers that keep the the rooms very clean to the breakfast cooks. Thank you! My family and I appreciate you more than you ever know!!!

We enjoyed our 1-bedroom Suite stay while waiting on renovations to be completed to our house.

We were disappointed with our first hotel we stayed at, it just wasn't very good so we got a room here for one night and it was soooooo much better

Located right across the street from the King of Prussia Mall and multiple highways, this hotel is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. This was formerly the site of the Best Western Plus. The current Prussia Hotel occupies the only remaining building from the Best Western Plus, which was once much larger. The building has been extensively renovated as part of this transition. The continental breakfast goes until 10AM and offers lots of options. The cook is really nice and let me in at 9:57, waited for me to get my food before clearing the buffet, and even opened a new gallon of milk for me. Parking is free and plentiful. The room was very spacious compared with other hotels. My only true complaint is that the wifi in my room was slow to the point of being unusable, and I had to take a virtual meeting on my phone. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.

The receptionist was rude and unrespectful. She toke my credit card and started writing down all the information about my credit card, which is not allowed by my bank, plus it was pre-paid booking. when I explained to her, she told me with a rude voice to go to another hotel. I asked her to hold the money by machine as all other hotels do, but she refused and kept insisting to do otherwise. When I asked to talk to the manager, she immediatley accepted to hold the money for incidentals by machine.

A relatively standard budget hotel with a great location. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the shopping center and only twenty minutes by car to the outlet. If you're here for shopping, this is a good place to stay. As for the accommodation conditions, they are quite ordinary. The guest elevator is out of order, and you can only use the staff elevator. Breakfast is almost the same across all Red Roof Inn hotels, so there are no issues with that.
