Incredible location, amazing staff, great facilities”
Unbeatable location, right on Vembanad Lake. Villas are spacious and I loved the outdoor toilet. Breakfast is extensive, with a live dosa station and egg station. Activities are numerous, you are never short of something to do - clay pottery, mat weaving, eco tours, yoga and meditation sessions, sunset cruise and best of all is the Bird Watching Walk with Prateesh... SO informative and fun (he knows the gender of the birds, the mating seasons, their behaviour, etc). The staff are also lovely, so helpful and friendly. Al in all, probably the best part of our India trip.
Peaceful stay with mom”
We were visiting Kerala for 3 weeks from US and we chose Coconut Lagoon for a 3 day peaceful stay with my mom. Villas and rooms are made with materials from old tharavadu’s from all over Kerala. No automobiles inside… only access is through water/boat… no plastic inside the resort… no TV in rooms… Truly unique nature loving / earthly setup in 24+ acres! We loved it. The hospitality of staff was exceptional. Lekha, Vishnu, Nidhin were a few to name and they were amazing! Food at ettukettu restaurant was fantastic! During our stay, we enjoyed the sunset cruise, chechi’s boat tea stall, evening cultural programs, early morning bird watching etc. in addition, we also did the speedboat ride, shikara ride and kayaking. Thanks to the resort management and staff for making our stay a memorable vacation!

We had a perfectly magical stay, albeit short one, at CGH Earth's Coconut Lagoon at Kumarakom. While the location and the resort is very pretty, the real star is the hospitality shown by every member of the start without exception. Look forward to exploring other cgh properties
