5 stars! The location is walking distance to 7 Eleven, Tesco, and the BTS. It is like living in your own studio. The owner was friendly and gave easy to follow instructions on getting to the location.

1. When booked, I booked Sukhumvit 50 My Link condo. When completed booking I got another location and a apartment far from photos on website. And the road to this apartment was not a nice walk on a heavy traffic road without sidewalks. 2. No pool, fully equipped kitchen??? Not clean at all. This advertiser is a joke. 3. After contact Agoda some times I finally got in contact with a "employee"? From advertiser and was promised to change apartment next day. 4. Next day I meet the "employee" and go look other apartment. Again not as in photos on website but at first glance it look better than than the apartment we got first and have pool so I divide to change. 5. Installed at new apartment I discovered following. Shower not working, was like stand under a sink faucet. Shower for toilet not work at all, completely broken. Kitchen.... not clean all the pan and saucepan was disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ADVERTISER! AGODA is a good site and don't need this kind of advertisers.

Don't recommend to stay 3 addult's in this studio cooking facilities are not provided and provided are damaged provided additional bed was foldable mattress instead of a bed. this studio charges service charge, however no service received from the owner security staffs are very good and they provide lot of assistance during our stay. they provide respect to our family.

December 24 We book at Agoda Comply King Studio Sukhumvit self 50 we arrive they change their address to us 81 but we do not agree on this situation we handle this situation are not acceptable. we call them the staff to change their address because we book king studio sukhumvit se 50 again, but they give me a small room not big, it's not the same in Agoda. the bed is not good, very terible and blanket and bathroom is very dirty and cooking and itchy for bed and blanket not good cleaning the compliant studio king is 10,000 bht for 10 days im wasting money for this studio. I am very disappointed, I do not recommend this Studio Comply King ... Please, do not waste your money ever, ever, ever ...; more one day before we left they asked us to leave the room with intimidation again we threatened the staff to go to the plolice a real bad history this reservation think well before booking.
