I’ll start of location, I would 100% come back here just for location, 5 minute walk across the road to the metro and a few stops from the centre of the city. Perfect Staff we’re mixed, I speak little Russian so it wasn’t to bad but I still struggled sometimes and I feel some staff didn’t go out of their way to help me understand or find staff that spoke English to help, others however did this and went out of their way so it was a mixed bag. The cleanliness was okay but not great either. I found somebodies else’s belongings under my bed. The room was very dated with soviet era style decor which made it look unclean but for the price it was a very nice spacious room. The view was amazing and could see all of central moscow, toilet and shower facilities were great and no complaints. Room service was 1-2 hours from when I ordered so if you’re hungry order over an hour in advance I’d say. Overall great hotel, had its positives and negatives like most places, but for the price it was lovely, would stay here again as location is amazing, along with the view, facilities and price it’s a win win

Value of money, good view. I'm not sure, maybe my room was upgraded but it looked better than on the pictures. Clean. Good breakfast. Late check in and if you wanna leave you baggage it's not free

Buffet food was okay, decent hotel at prime location. It is just opposite to VDNKh metro station
