Very warm and inviting place. ”
I came to Puerto Princesa for the xmas holidays . And the best part of it was at this hotel. We were picked up at the airport and this hotel is 10 min from the airport. The compound is huge and very clean. Our first room was by the beach and it was the biggest hotel room my family has ever been into. It is so big it has a full bedroom inside the main room and a living room, a kitchen and the main bedroom which is adjacent from the other smaller room. The free breakfast was very good with plenty of selection and juice drinks are included. I learned there will be a wedding reception on our 2nd night and asked the front desk to move us to another room. They found us a room in the newer multi story building on the 2nd floor fronting the pool. It is so new that we were the 1st to occupy that room since it was just recently opened the month before. Also the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall Costa Palawan is 5/5.

Excellent Place with excellent staff”
We had a very excellent vacation on this hotel we are a family of 7 with 3 kids, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the place is very nice with two big pools and one kiddy pool, there is a pool near the beach if you want to enjoy its view, the food is so good we had buffet breakfast that was served near the beach, we occupy two pool access room, it was excellent if you have kids that loves swimming they spend in the pool until 10pm and early in the morning till noon. The place is safe and silent with a very nice land scaping. The Bath room is very clean and spacious with soap, toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, shower cap, razor and vanity kit, and I love the complimentary flip flop with the hotel name in it!

We requested a honeymooner room with a sea-view, but we did not get both. We tried checking w/o asking them, and found out that the property is fully-booked so we understood immediately. The location is quite far from the city, so transportation is a little bit hard. Though it sits beside the beach, however the area where you can enjoy water is a 15-minute walk, good thing they offer a free guide/lifeguard whenever you want to go dip in the water. In spite the fact there is an opportunity for the hotel to go big to about 500%, the construction site is quiet enough for us to rest, no loud bulldozers around. Services from the Restaurant area are perfect, they really attend to guests needs. They worked beyond expectations to tend our early breakfast request. FO is also superb, very helpful with what we need. They tandem with the Restaurant, and driver to not disappoint guests like us who have early check-out. We would definitely come back, and maybe bring more friends and families.

Overall Experience”
Great hotel - very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they went that little bit extra to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Food from the restaurant was delicious and well presented. The TGIS BBQ Buffet was a great success - plenty of food and good entertainment. Would hope that you continue to offer this event to your guests and the community. A fantastic experience overall, and will definitely say here again if I am in Puerto Princesa

I highly enjoyed staying there. The hotel is really nice, everything is clean and well equipped. The staff was really helpful. When we arrived, we did not have our plan yet set up, but they even helped us to plan our stay there and managed all our trip bookings. If I will come back to Puerto Princesa, I will stay there again for sure!

Amazing secret resort”
I had the chance to stay at Costa Palawan for only one night ( unfortunately ) but I would definitely recommend this resort. Staff were amazing in Particular the waiter Mike Oscares if I remember his name correctly , he was very professional and the place is spotless with all kinds of accommodation available, most comfortable beds ever with an amazing location, restaurant makes lovely food. I would highly recommend either for work or pleasure.

Perfect stay in the Phillipines”
We stayed here for part of our Honeymoon and the staff made sure that we were accommodated really well. The location to Puerto Princesa Airport is ideal and the room sizes are absolutely massive! The beds are really comfy and the food is delicious! I highly recommend the massage spa whilst you stay as well, as it overlooks the sea and is quite simply stunning. All in all I highly recommend this hotel, it is very good value for money, and the best hotel that we stayed in whilst in the Philippines (we stayed in 5 hotels whilst here!)

Amazing secret resort”
I only stay for one night but I would highly recommend Costa Palawan near Puerto Princessa. Staff are just amazing, in Particular Mike Oscares if remember his name correctly. The place is spotless, comfortable beds ever with an amazing location not a long drive from the airport with shuttle provided, restaurants makes lovely food as well.

Perfect place for relaxation!”
Highly recommendable! From airport pick upto drop off! The service is great! Friendly driver and front desk staff as well as the bellman and restaurant staff. This is the best place if you want a relaxation and be away from busy city! And if you feel like some adventure and simple island hoping they also offer tours which is not too far from the area.

i booked for only one day.. then move to another hotel and left coz i don't like the place.. went back to Costa again.. it was a beautiful and elegant place to stay.. staff are so courteous especially Cris, Prince, Eddie and JM.. definitely will choose this hotel again when me and my friends visit Puerto Princesa.. Amazing amazing hotel”
Had such an amazing time staying at Costa Palawan Resort, the room was facing the ocean and huge with a great balcony. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed lounging by the pool drinking cocktails. Although the resort is out of town, the quiet peaceful environment makes the stay so much more enjoyable! Will definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends!!

Pros: Place is very relaxing, good ambiance, and very beautiful place. Staff are very accommodating and kind. Food is very affordable and delicious. All in all Superb!! Cons: Location is slightly far from the city proper but its okay cause we are looking for something where we can relax. Awesome!!

Great experience! Clean rooms, free airport pickup, great restaurant and a very impressive breakfast. Highly recommended if staying in PPS. We also enjoyed combination massages at the spa. Best staff that we've had in all of resorts in Philippines!!!

Super hotel, w bardzo dobrym , jak na Puerto Princessa położeniu - oddany dosłownie kilka dni przed naszym przyjazdem. Miła obsługa, wszystkie udogodnienia pod ręką. Właścicielem jest Chińczyk, więc nie dziwcie się, że w windzie i w numerach pokoi nie ma numeru "4", które jest podobne w wymowie do słowa "śmierć" - taki przesąd ;-)

Beautiful and relaxing”
The room we stayed in was huge with a large balcony on both floors with a view of the beach & sea. It was an amazing place to wake up in the morning with relatively easy access to the city and local tourist spots. Walking out into the sea at both low and high tide was a particular highlight and the hotel offers free kayaks you can use to venture out a bit. Transportation is required to get anywhere, but it is about 10 minutes to get to Puerto Princesa and the hotel will organise it for you if you want. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was well priced and impressively nice. I would definitely recommend staying here. Note, there is a new building housing 100+ extra rooms close to opening directly behind the current building.

Very clean big rooms was massive and comfortable big bed 40inch tv in room little drinks fridge and 2 comfortable chairs to sit it and table if want to sit on balacony bathroom had 2x showers in it one to was body on hose shower and one built it shower head Swimming pool massive and loungers around pool with umbrellas nice to relax on foods in resturant nice and view great of sea and beach staff very very friendly always a smile and good morning especially mr clark who made our room up and head waiter
