Hotel lobby was not clean, staff at reception is inequipped to provide assistance on most of the basis issues, staff seems untrained.. When we checked into our room, the room already had guest..not sure why the staff at reception wasn't aware of this .. Laundry services are excellent, staff at the restaurant is very polite and helpful lady.. Housekeeping is not done on daily basis, infact bathroom are cleaned once in 3 days...so not the best from hygiene perspective Room are spacious but the pathway yo the room is quite dirty, overall cleanliness is not as expected.

Carpet and tile floors were gross....felt like a 50.00 a night hotel...not 180.00 Marriott hotel.....also there was no breakfast as promised. The staff recommended some local places to go. Most disappointing Marriott I've stayed in.

Rooms are VERY dated & worn! No on-site parking unless u pay $29/day for valet.

No one came out to help with the luggage, the receptionist told us immediately that our room would not be cleaned during our stay, but we could come and get towels. Our room had two towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths. When my husband asked for more, he was given hand towels because nothing else was available. So, we had two towels for our 3-day stay. We requested a hair dryer at the desk and was given one. We later found ours in the closet. The TV was great! We were attending a wedding near the hotel so the location was good for that. Due to Covid-19, nothing was open at the hotel. Overall, just not a comfortable feel to the place.

Our room still had trash in it from a previous guest including a used Covid 19 mask. Yuck! Our non-refundable reservation was for a king size bed. We went by the hotel at 4 p.m. check in time but decided to check in after dinner because the hotel was crowded with other guest checking in. We returned at 8 p.m. and were told that our King room had to be changed to a room with two Queen beds to accommodate another party. What??? Okay, we were only there for one night and could deal with that. The snorer would use one bed and the spouse would use the other. Once we were ready for bed we discovered that only one of the beds had a blanket which left one of us in the cold. To top it off, our room faced a very busy street and the locals seem to have a penchant for driving extremely loud vehicles all night long. Combine this with several emergency vehicles and their sirens we had very little sleep. If this appeals to you go for it.
