Hotel was situated on a very busy street. The room was big. Beds were clean and comfy but the pillow too high. Toiletries and towel were provided. Room was as shown in the photos. Everything was generally good. The only issue was the clogged drain in the bathroom. Flooded when we showered.

Clean and calm refuge”
We just stayed two nights but loved this cute hotel one of the most during our trip in Vietnam. Close to the night market with many restaurants and easy to reach museums and attractions. The staff is lovely and the room spacious, cozy and sparkling clean as well as the entire facility. We highly recommend.
First time in Saigon”
Cozy House 140 was recommended to me by a friend, even no free breakfast I took it because it has a big room and big beds for the 4 of us, affordable, convenient location, lots of great things nearby like breakfast, market n tour agent, staff very responsive and helpful , did I said I got a goodnight sleep from whole day trek because it's quiet and peaceful, really cozy,:)
Cheap simple hotel at good location”
Cozy House 140 locates just a block from Bui Vien walking street, super convenient to access to entertainment and food. Hotel is clean, simple but staff is very friendly and helpful. Room price is cheap. If you just want a decent place to sleep and not spending a lot of money for a room, I highly recommend this place for you.
