فندق سيّء جداً ومستوى النظافة ضعيف وبعيد عن كل شيء والمناظر الموجودة سيئة وإزعاج من الأشياء المحيطة بالفندق من حظائر الخنازير اجلكم الله والدجاج والكلاب والتيوس وهذا غير أحياناً في الليل تسمع الطبول ومارشات وإزعاج غير طبيعي اما بالنسبة لطاقم الفندق تعاملهم جيداً جداً عدا واحد من الهاوس كيبنق اذا وضعت اللوحة الرجاء عدم الإزعاج قلبها ووضعها الرجاء تنظيف الغرفة ويقولك انت حطيت الرجاء تنظيف الغرفة

Good value for money. The room we got has sink and fridge so perfect if you wanna bring some food. I love that there's a couch and TV. Felt like it was our own little place. Bed was comfortable. AC was working perfectly. Their staff were warm and accomodating. The place was quite and close to a few restos and to Pueblo Verde (a hub where you can find food stalls, restos, cafes and SM supermarket). It appears they were understaff as their barista is also the one manning their resto kitchen. They only serve brewed coffee, too bad. But overall it was a great experience and will def consider going back.

Stayed here with my partner during the end part of our month long vacation in the Philippines. We we’re looking for a descent place near Mactan Airport with gym and pool, which they actually have but we found the equipments almost unsafe to use in the gym and pool decor looking quite past their prime. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious but the view was kinda depressing: looking down at a garbage dump where people dig for plastic or other materials they could find under extreme hot weather. But then again, it’s not surprising to see poverty around the city and other cities in the area. Overall, our stay was comfortable and we made do with the few functional equipment they got in the gym. If the management would care to update the furniture and replace old equipment, this place could become one of the best places to stay in Lapu-Lapu City!

My family and I stayed at the Crown Regency Suites at Mactan Cebu for a few days. We found EVERYTHING beyond our expectations. The staff were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much for them. I say thank you to Lawrence on the front desk and Kenya on Breakfast Bar because they made our stay extra special because of their demeanor. The rooms were big and clean and the beds were the comfiest ever!! The pool was clean and a nice place to be, the Gym, 50s bar, and terrace were all great. I would go again definitely and I would recommend you to go to. You will not be dissapointed.

Pros:Nice hotel, central to everything including airport and to the city. Gorgeous views. Very helpful staff. Value for money. Decent, clean bathroom. Cons: room needs a good clean. My feet went black after going barefoot. Slippers not provided despite being listed. There were 3 cigarette buttons on the balcony. Needs new curtains. No restaurant or cafeteria during my stay due to renovations. Will probably be nice in future once it's finished.
